Quality Hotel San Martino

Spacious room and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was significantly better than I had expected after some other 3-star hotel stays in Italy. The stay was topped off with an amazing breakfast with big selection. Everything tasted great. Certainly, the hotel is not situated near any important touristic location. However, it's perfectly connected, being near the motorway. Would definitely book a night again on my next trip into Italy.

The location was good as a one-night stay during our road trip. The hotel itself is new and stylish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite tasty! We liked the many different desserts and pastries available.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is quite inconvenient during summer. There is more than enough space to add a mini-fridge in my opinion. One of the rooms we booked came with a broken A/C, which meant that the window had to be kept open. The window itself had a broken hinge and felt like it would fall apart at any moment. The lack of a bug net also led to the room being filled with dozens of mosquitos and flies in no time.

Location was very handy for lecco. Staff very helpful and room was very clean.

Shower was a shower over bath which was hopeless and the shower screen did nothing the water poured onto the floor. Difficult to have a shower. The wardrobes were very poor as the hanging rail was far too low and all my wife's clothes were getting crushed. Also you only have one sliding wardrobe door and when closed only one side of the wardrobe is covered. A lot of wasted space as the top shelves were far too high to be of any use. Hard to control temperature of room as you set the stat and nothing happens.

The hotel is located near the highway which is a great starting point for both Milano or Lake Como. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are nice and big, the bathroom is also very spacious and modern. We had two of the biggest beds, 4 people would comfortably sleep on them. The breakfast had a lot of options, however most of them sweet, but there were also savory options.

We had problems with our first room as the doors didn’t lock. The friendly staff gave us a new room immediately.

Free, large and easy parking. Super location that is easily accessible from the highway and close to the Como Lake and Milan. Clean, large and comfortable (bath)rooms and beds. Airconditioning available. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Helpful and friendly service. In short, a modern and perfect hotel. We would definitely come again.

Nothing dissapointed us. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

The location is very nice. Como and Milano and lots of other places are very near. The room was very very clean and well equipped and quiet. The staff was very polite and ready to provide help when needed. Wi-Fi was working perfectly without any issue.

breakfast was not as good as expected. It had mostly sweet things. The salty ones could have been more and more diverse things to offer. Apart from that the hotel is a perfect option.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while in transit. It was very nice and clean. Most importantly, there are lots of parking spaces available free of charge in front of and under the hotel. Even though the hotel is located directly between the railroad tracks and the highway, we did not hear any noise from outside, but we did hear noise from inside the hotel. When people are talking in the hallway, it sounds like they are standing next to the bed. The walls are thin as paper, as is unfortunately so often the case in Italy. By car it is only about 15 minutes to Lecco, so then you can also go there quickly in the evening for dinner. We had actually looked for a hotel closer to the lake, but through the highway you are very quickly there. All in all, I would book this hotel again anytime.

It was a bit of a shame that our request for two separate beds was ignored. However, we did not want to change the room for one night. Otherwise, there were only a few minimal flaws, so the bathroom door could not be locked and the safe did not work.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit Como. The room is very cozy, big and modern. We had a balcony with a great view. The hotel has its own onground and underground parking. It's very convenient to leave the car when it's hot outside. Breakfast is very varied and tasty. A great choice for a good rest!

The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, and is of exceptional cleanliness. Our family had a great start to our trip at this hotel, which also had a lovely restaurant nearby.

A bit inconvenient to walk to the railroad station (but definitely manageable).

Nice 4 stars Hotel , clean and beautifully room , helpful staff and fast response for all situation unspecified from client part with positive result fix it .

Maybe if on future will be also a minibar in the room will be the last thing witch I will prefer for this type of hotel but is not a dislike coment is more a recommendation.
