Room was very clean, although sparsely furnished. It was basic and small, but had what you expected from a hotel. The location worked well for us for the arrival in the Lake Como region as we didn't want to plunge in the agitation, since the hotel is 10 minutes by car from Onno, which has some beaches, and 15 from Bellagio. If you talke the longer route to Bellagio (20-25 mins) - via Civena - the views are spectacular. We dined at the restaurant and everything was fresh and delicious - this dinner was a very welcome surprise. Breakfast was well organized as well and all offerings were delicious. Their personnel was great - quick and knowledgeable and very warm. Adelina in particular offered us great travel tips which helped us better shape our travel.

What a quirky little hotel and we loved it - although I suspect some might not. We ate at the hotel as did a number of others who were staying over but there was no menu card, the waiter read out what was on offer and it was limited no options for those withe specific dietary requirements, for example, so I saw one couple who, while the husband ate steak, his wife had a plate of carrots and a plate of chips . There was a Fawlty Towers element to the place, but in a very good way and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was alovely terrace with stunning views which because of the weather we were unable to use.

The limited dinner menu was a drawback and there seemed a reluctance to sell us a bottle of wine with dinner, we had to order by the glass. The terrace i mentioned above remained unusable after the rains had passed as no one took in the cushions, leaving everything saturated and unusable.

The location felt like we’re were in proper Italy not tourist Italy Our room had a lovely balcony and the restaurant served the best pasta we had whilst in Italy! The staff were incredible! helpful, friendly and kind and clearly took pride in their work! We booked this last minute and it was good value! The breakfast room had the nicest view!

Being totally honest it could do with a little modernisation/updating the bathroom had a shower and bath which is awesome but it felt creepy and the double bed in the room sank in the middle - we still still slept fine though!

Everything was excellent, the staff really friendly and helpful. Lorenzo like host is versatile and professional. The place is close to Bellaggio, Como, Lecco or Milan as well. Train also runs with good schedule to Milan starting 3 km from the hotel!

Not Lorenzo's mistake, the priest is crazy in the church. You'd better take little earplugs for the nights as the bells ring relentlesly in every half an hour. At 0:30 that still rings 13 times only God knows why plus you can wake up to morning bell-play. (Couples can register severe bride-groom education...)

First of all I want to highlight the attitude of staff - it was over than perfect. Owner of hotel was so friendly and helpful: all time he supported us and gave consultations how to rich the hotel and another touristic places ! Hotel was not so big but so nice and clean ! Room was very big and clean! In the room we get: comfortable beds, big wardrobe with a mirror, TV, nice balcony and so big bath: toilet, shower and also bath ! Hotel provided clean towels for hair, body and face ! All shower kit was available! Breakfasts was very tasty and big (you can choose what do you want) sweets, yogurt, tea, coffee, jam, nutella, flakes and tasty pasty ! Colorful terrace with a perfect view ! At front of the hotel you can find the shop ! To the nearest Train station 5 km it’s like 30 min of walking or 5 minutes by car or bus! 1 hour from the train stairs to the City center of Milano ! 40 min to Como Lake !

Spacious room and bathroom, both in classic North Italian style. The balcony was nice. The restaurant served some really great food and wine, and it was perfect that we didn't have to drive anywhere to enjoy good Italian cuisine! And when we left we were gifted a bottle of wine (which again was delicious).

It got a bit loud at times as our room was directly above the kitchen and I think the owners lived above our room, because we were woken up by a dog every morning... Other than that our stay was great though!

Free private parking, the location is also good, few restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast is simple, but pretty good with a freshly made coffee. The view from restaurant is really nice, so you can enjoy in sunny morning. There is a pizzeria on the corner with affordable prices and very good home vine, taste it ;)

Missed vegetables in the breakfast, pillow was a bit uncomfy, it didn't adjust to the head :)

The breakfast was very delicious, the hotel locates in a mountain village in Valbrona, it has super charming view surrounding it. The hotel staff and the owner were super smiling to welcome us even when we arrived around 10pm. The hotel actually check-in until 10p.m, the owner said to me on the phone, he will try to wait for us. Thanks to him, and we had great stay in this hotel, the next day we could easily enjoy Onnolulu beach and the breathtaking mountain, como lake views!

Our room was very big and comfortable. Lovely little village about 30 minutes away from more touristic spots like Bellagio so you will need a car if you stay here and want to see the region. The chef catered to vegans well - had amazing vegan patties (I think spinach and semolina) on the first night. The owners were very welcoming. Fantastic shower pressure. Everything you need in one place. Hand sanitiser readily available and all staff wore masks correctly (mouth and nose) so we felt like the sanitary measures were being respected by all.

Some of the service was a bit confusing as we didn't speak Italian. We figured it out in the end but there were some moments where we didn't know what was going on, especially when booking a massage at the spa. The massage itself, after starting 40 minutes late was not the best massage - again, probably because we didn't speak Italian so there was no chance to explain what we wanted/liked. Nevertheless, a funny experience. You hear very clearly people in the hallway and there was a dog upstairs but this didn't both us too much. Just noting for those who might be more sensitive to noise.
