staff were friendly and welcoming. They each made such high effort to be catering for everything you need and always greeted you with a personal touch almost like they’ve known you for a long time, eager to help and showing genuine interest in your experience. The only other place we’ve felt such attention to detail are our stays at Claridges, Mayfair London. The facilities and small touches were as you’d expect of 5 star quality. excellent in-house made pastries. The Fire & Flames pizza was exquisite at their Drop restaurant! Definitely in my top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of pizzas, this comes 3rd to to my all time top two favourite pizzas I had in Vietnam and South Africa. Great stay

nothing not to love about this hospitality of this place. I rate hotels on how they treat you (and of course the facilities should be in keeping with the rating of the hotel). this met the 5 star facilities but the service was above other 5 stars we’ve stayed at and like mentioned have felt this level of attention only at Claridges Mayfair.

Nothing, if I want to say something it’s just a bit far from Como or Bellagio. However it’s a very good hotel to escape

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. Everyone we encountered there went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and fun as possible. The facilities were very new and clean. The breakfast (included) was phenomenal.

The location is a little bit out of the way. It's not a big problem if you know what you're getting into. I highly recommend that you rent a car if you're going to stay here. Otherwise, it's a little tricky (although not impossible) to get around. The hotel also seems a little unfinished. It opened up right before COVID, so I think they are still finishing parts of it up. None of that was a big deal, however.

Great for a stop over on a quiet lake during a road trip. Modern, clean and luxurious hotel. Room is well equipped and has electronic controls for everything including a little shower/steam room. Standard room on the second floor had an entrance view, but it was quiet and sunny on a little balcony, so that was nice. Restaurant/bar/lounge is sophisticated, drinks and breakfast were good.

It would definitely be better if the walk around the lake was longer and all the way to the nearest village, but I guess this is out of hotel's control.

beautiful spot and scenery. the lake is very peaceful. lovely friendly staff happy to go above and beyond and the pizzas 🍕 are amazing

not a great deal to do in the area but if your looking for a tranquil, relaxing stay this is you for sure.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was exceptional. There isn't really much nearby but we had a car so that was ok and the onsite restaurant is superb (but probably a place for a special occasion / one night). The staff were very helpful and friendly.

For a 5* hotel there weren't a lot of facilities, no pool, spa etc. but i assume in the summer months there is more to do in the local area so its perhaps not as important.

Wonderful boutique hotel, lovely view over the lake, friendly staff and great food. A little out of the way of the main town, we didn't have a car but enjoyed the walk to the station, a car would be preferable.

The breakfast is just outstanding. Same goes for the entire food served. They have a wonderful Chef that deserves a Michelin star. The team is extremely hospitable and serves all the needs of their guests.

The hotel still lacks a pool but we understand from the management that this is due to come in the next year. Further they should serve a fresh tea selection at breakfast. But that’s the most of criticism possible.

Nice breakfast Nice room. Nespresso machine with original Nespresso coffee. Staff friendly! Huge bathroom

Wine prices Restaurant in Bistro style If yourself haven‘t got a Whirlpool on the balcony, it might be bothering to have the noise of the adjecent rooms. Music in the hallway all the time, it is heard very well in the rooms.
