Best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. It is a short walk to the Centro Historico. The owner is a fantastic host. We could not find parking, so he accompanied my husband to the parking garage and took him to an underground private lot, where the car was parked behind its own locked door, for $15 euros a night. Our room was suite 1, which was HUGE. The biggest bed I have ever seen in an enormous L-shaped room, with a sofa and desk in the extension. The bathroom was huge and had perfect water pressure. The unit had three glass doors onto the balcony which ran the entire length of the suite. The doors and giant window above the bed all had remote control blinds! The decor was beautiful. Everything was spotless. Lots of lighting for reading or working. And the place smelled fantastic. No smells of age or dust, which is common in even the loveliest of Italian residences. Breakfast consisted of various cereals, lots of different pastries, meats and cheeses, fruits, juices and coffee and tea. There is a long table where everyone eats together, unless they prefer to sit on the balcony and watch the street view. It was incredible. Stay here in Suite 1. You will be thrilled.

The sign for Dimi House is on the right of a recessed doorway, and is only about 2 inches tall. Also, when you enter the enormous doors into a huge marble hallway, there is no lighting, so it is rather dark. But walk up the gracious stairway and you are in heaven.

The room we had was excellent - big and spacious. It really was an exceptionally beautiful room. The lady on site too was excellent and very nice and very helpful. The room was 10/10!!! I would go back for sure. Great location!!

I would have given Dimi House 10/10 - if the breakfast had been better. Breakfast was more on the ‘OK’ side than being ‘very good’. The coffee was very good, but the room it was served in was far too hot in my opinion. The Air Con could have been switched on. If the breakfast had been excellent Dimi House would be 10/10 all day long.

The room was really large and decorated beautifully. Both the bathroom and the room were spotless. Shower was lovely. Bed was really comfortable. Fantastic location to explore Lecce, a short walk outside the old town but we preferred that.

While the pastries and coffee for breakfast were lovely, it would have been nice to have the option of eggs or some cooked breakfast. We also had to park our car and since the road outside is quiet narrow, preferred to park it in the garage that was available, however 15 euro a day is a little expensive. But we could have taken the option to park outside and pay per hour if we had wanted.

Dimi House is without doubt one of the most elegant and welcoming B&B's we have ever stayed in. Our room was just beautifully decorated and very large. We chose the room with the balcony which gave us a sitting room off the large main bedroom with balcony access from three rooms( two mentioned above plus the large bathroom. We took up the parking option which was very convenient and saved us trying to find parking nearby. The breakfast was extensive and the most choice we have had during our stay in Italy. In our opinion, Dimi House is 11 out of 10!!

The property has an immaculate presentation and is well curated in details. We booked a standard room and we were surprised by how spacious both the room and the bathroom were - we also had a balcony and a desk. The mattress is very comfortable and the area despite being very central is quiet. Some details were surprising and highly appreciated, such as a tower to use for make up removal or a heated rack so that coffee cups can always be warm. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide range of sweet and savoury options. Domenico is a fantastic host!

If the pillows would upgraded to a memory foam option, they would make a nice treat for people that struggle in adapting to new pillows. Despite this, I had a great good night sleep.

The room is part of the entire rented floor with the reception. The receptionist was willing and helped us with everything. Breakfast is served in main room. Our room was very clean, there is a wardrobe, but I personally lacked space to store my suitcase/bag, it had to stay on the floor. Very nice and spacious bathroom. Perfect location, a short distance from the center and main sights. I can recommend it.

Parking is available in the zone in front of the house, paid, but usually there is no space. Weaker selection for breakfast. Neighbors can be heard, but nothing bad.

Dimi House is a fantastic place to stay in Lecce. The shared facilities where you have your breakfast is just absolutely beautiful and super cosy. The rooms are lovely and gives you the perfect romantic feeling, and then the shower is great! 😄 would definitely come back! The owner is also very sweet and helpful, and made good recommendations even to other great destinations in Italy. You will not be disappointed. It’s great value for money and the best place we stayed in on our whole trip 🫶

Everything was perfect - the place, the location, the attitude! Domenico is a wonderful host who makes sure the stay is excellent. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was rich and well selected, with a variety of fresh drinks, tea, coffee, fruits and delicious pastries. The place is centrally located, with many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The historical center of the city is a 10-minute walk away. We recommend Dimi House to everyone and wish we had stayed for longer!

While the Dimi House is a simple apartment on the outside, the inside common areas and the rooms were beautiful, modern and tastefully designed. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large by any standards, fully tiled and well appointed. Breakfast of pastries, yogurts, meats, cheeses and fruit was excellent and the owner was very friendly and patient as we co-mingled Italian and English to communicate. His friend, the lovely Christina, was so helpful to us as well (though I am not sure she is there all the time). We were traveling with another couple and we know they shared our views. The location is an easy 10-minute walk to the historic center as well. Lecce is a wonderful city. We highly recommend the Dimi House without hesitation.

The splendid room was very clean, with very big bed and extremely comfortable, bathroom almost as big as the room and has everything you might need for short or long stay. The host was more than only polite, but exceeded our expectations with his readiness to fulfil all our requests. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of home made sweet and salty snacks. And not at the last place - perfect location, close to the city center, and private parking place (not for free, but very precious in that part of the town and compared with the paid parking zones in the city). Highly recommend!
