Perfect for a family trip to Ostia and Rome. Mirko is the perfect host and is fluent in English. The flat is very nice and clean with everything you need. The shared kitchen was good and we enjoyed eating and relaxing on the shaded terrace. The beach is 5 minutes walk, with plenty of places to eat nearby and it only costs 1euro50 to get into Rome in 30 minutes. The train station is about 15 minutes walk. I highly recommend this holiday accommodation. Thanks Mirko!

Everything was fantastic, the accommodation was close to the beach. For those who don't like overcrowded beaches, there were also free and less crowded spots nearby. Shops and everything necessary were also conveniently close, as well as transportation to Rome. The room had everything one needs, including a nicely equipped kitchen. There was peace and quiet in the room.

Room was very modern and clean. Complimentary coffee. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Booking.com showed true outdoor windows however, the only windows were to a very small internal courtyard within the building. Room smelled strongly of cleaner and was hard to get fresh air into. Unfortunately some of the other guests on the second night were very loud late into the night.

Really close to both free and private beaches. Many restaurants and shops around the apartment. The owner of the apartment was really friendly and helpful. The room had a direct access to the big balcony and the room was bright and spacious for a large double bed and a sofa bed. Most importantly, the apartment was spotless clean.

You just have to be reminded that the private bathroom is not in your own room, so you always have to go out the room to use the bathroom (which is totally fine because it is a guesthouse after all). It would have been so perfect if we could rent a beach parasol at the property.

I liked everything; very spacious room, comfortable bed, good quality mattress, and pillows, a spare duvet and blanket, nice sofa and table in the bedroom, huge terrace with dining and relaxation facilities, large bathroom, very good kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat. Moreover, an absolutely clean and fresh, great apartment. Very good location. Very good communication with the friendly owner. I highly recommended it!

Mirko was an awesome host. Friendly and quick responses to any questions. Location was also great, just a block from the beach and shops. When we get to go back we will definitely stay there again! Thank you Mirko.

The room was nicely located in which it was near the seaside and there were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The shared kitchen inside the house was also well-equipped. Good hairdryer, bed, TV, desk, and wardrobe.

- External private toilet. It would be nice to have your bathroom inside the room. - You could not open the windows inside your room.

Fully loaded kitchen with fridge. (only one small pot, but was enought for cook simmple pasta for a dinner). Great terrace for take a breakfast or sitting on evening with bottle of wine. Free offer of tea and coffe. Really close to beach.

cleanliness and the locations was perfect. Also liked the size of the rooms and the interiors. Beds were extremely comfortable, all in all the whole apartment was just perfect.

Comfortable bed and pillows great location and clean room.

The walls are very thin the other guests were a bit loud in the very early morning woke me up.
