Dipendenza Hotel Bellavista

Breakfast was amazing with fresh scrambled eggs, cooked sausages, and a variety of other foods. Much more than the typical hotel breakfast usually offers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility offered roof top jacuzzi with a view of beach, free for all users of the hotel. An added plus! Also, the hotel is directly in front of the free public access beach.

Neighborhood around the hotel is quite trashy and run down. The free parking is street side parking. We were only given one key to the room, even though we are two adults.

We really liked staying here - location is great, right by the water, although the city center is also walking distance from the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and clean, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Parking is available on the street in front the hotel. Breakfast was great, I felt like the selection was quite diverse. Overall, the price for this stay was excellent, great value for money!

The Hotel is at an excellent position, not in the centre but still not far. Just enough to enjoy the town. The breakfast is very good considering the 3 star rating and the guy taking care of the breakfast room is amazing, very helpful and takes care of the place and food is always fresh. This was our 2nd time at this hotel. This time we found it a bit more unkept and noisy. However the room on the 3rd floor with balcony was very nice. The cleaners made their best to do the daily cleaning but a general one must be done. The nice welcome bottle is a thumbs up, only for the thought. The kettle and free tea/coffee replenished daily is another excellent service offered free of charge. However the experience overall is very positive and would not mind staying again as the staff are always helpful and it feels like home.

A general cleaning should be done especially the A/C unit filters and lights. There should also a better attempt to have sound-proofing as even the TV of the next room is heard, especially in the middle of the night. Although uncivilised guests are not the fault of the Hotel, there should be an attempt to limit this.

I can’t fault this hotel in any way. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had all the required necessities. Bathroom was cleaned spotless every day. The bed was super comfy. A beautiful beach across the road. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. There was a lovely fresh selection available every morning for breakfast. And the staff were so kind and so helpful. We couldn’t thank them enough for all they did for us.

Lovely to have an evening on the beach before flying home. Friendly helpful patient staff when i tiredly kept turning the door handle the wrong way and couldnt get into my room 😅

Didn't realise i had a sea view as I only found the remote to open blinds the next morning. Bathroom is a bit of a rear and elbow obstacle course if youre not Twiggy.

They are so nice, I arrived early in the morning because of the flight and the check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, seeing me staying in the lobby they just prepared a room for me and offered it before 11 PM. I really appreciate that :)

The gentleman at the reception desk was especially helpful and kind—thank you!

Since the wall around the balcony is quite high, may I suggest that you buy two comfortable, tall chairs to replace the two uncomfortable metal chairs. It would make sitting outside more enjoyable.

the air conditioner didn’t work in the room and the temperature was 26’C in the room. we told reception it wasn’t working and they looked at it and said it was fine.

Nice people, very friendly. We asked where we could rent bikes and could borrow bikes for free from the hotel. Sea is across the street. Not very crowded.

not too much to do in the area (in the evening). But we enlyed the beach club across the street.
