The view is outstanding ! Breakfast was excellent. Eating dinner one night on the terrace at sunset was perfect. It's close to everything in town (walking distance). The room was quite nice, although a bit small. Facilities were good and very happy to be able to park on the premises. The bar was also convenient with a good array of snacks. The town of Malcesine is delightful - they have one of the best castles in Italy right on the lake and the village under the castle is full of good restaurants, bars, and shops. There is a funivia (gondola) going up to the top of Monte Baldo, which sits above the town and provides outstanding views of the town and up and down the lake, with the Italian Alps visible to the north. I would definitely stay here again !

The shower is extremely small and I was bumping elbows against the walls continually, but this was not a big problem by any means.

Nice view from the balcony over the noisy street (as everywhere in this side of Garda lake). Good breakfast. Kind owner, who waited for us even we were late. Good noise insulation in the windows. Free parking. Walking distance from the village.

In general, this side of Garda lake is dominated by the road, which mostly runs along the lakeside meaning there is always lots of cars and motorbikes driving fast. Prices in this area are high as well compared to inland locations. However, these comments are not related to the hotel but to the area itself.

Location - 1 minute walk is the beach. 10 minute walk - Malcesine centre. Good breakfast - although selection is not large, but is enough of everything. Superb views of the lake. Clean, plenty of space. It was my birthday during our stay and staff decorated a breakfast table in the morning, which surprised me and I was really pleased :)

We were woken few times in the night by motorcycles as the road is by hotel. Hower, we read about this, so we were not surprised. We would stay again though.

My husband and I traveled in Italy for a week and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. now before we get started it wasn’t the best based on luxury. The hotel is actual quiet simple. BUT. The location was excellent. we wouldn’t have a better view of the lake and mountains. it was a Spectacular view. The room was clean and had a very good amount of towels and toilet paper. The location was perfect. There is a beach area right in front that my husband and I spent a lot of time at. and only a 12 min walk to the castle which was also absolutely breathtaking. The shops and restaurants are also within a 15 min walk. They had private parking as well. The Breakfast was also lovely. They make your eggs fresh and pour your fresh coffee as well. They even had little pancakes which I don’t see often as a breakfast option in Europe. Fresh fruits and jelly’s and honey.

AC only ran from 1700-0700 but it wasn’t a big deal considering we would come back to the hotel around 9!

Beautiful hotel , location is so good , 2 minutes from the beach . The breakfast is delicious , the people that working there very friendly and help us in everything we asked about . See you next time , thanks for the all .

Spacious room, fantastic beds, nice balcony, location (lakeside walk to the village) incredibly friendly staff, eye for detail.

Honestly nothing at all. The hotel staff was very gracious and friendly when my head was in the air and I completely forgot what day it was and was a bit late checking out. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to city centre and beach. Fantastic view from the terrace and balcony. Free parking. Nice and helpfull staff. Tasty breakfast etc...

Just little noise comming from the road, if you want to let the air in. If you use AC, no probs. :)

We had a very modern, stylish room with a beautiful view to Lake Garda. The room was very clean, the wifi worked well and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was just perfect, we really enjoyed our stay here. :) Definitely will choose again. Thank you for the stay! :)

great location, fantastic breakfast, super view from balcony, good value, within walking distance of some good restaurants (especially Lido Paina, which I would recommend as it’s great food at reasonable prices in a superb location)

Located on the lake, not too far from the castel. The balcony in the room overlooks the lake. Large and cozy room, staff very nice and helpfull.

Air-condioner did not work, it got worm at night and we had to open the window, there is a main road under the hotel and the noise interfered.
