Hotel Maranello Village

Good and clean room for a good price, breakfast included . When it was raining, they nicely gave us umbrellas.The hotel is located in 2 hours of driving from Milan, Florence, Verona, Pisa, and Venice. Perfect if you're a ferrari lover. There are also museums of Lamborghini and Pagani nearby. We were lucky to accidentally visit the Motor Valley event in Modena.

It was building works right behind our window (Monza). On the last day of our stay, there wasn't hot water, which was upsetting before the flight. The hotel is located in a small village, so you need to drive in nearby towns to get entertained and have food.

Came to Motor Valley for my son's 18th birthday. This hotel is a great location for exploring Maranello and just half hour away from Modena (you do need a hire car to get around). The 2 bed apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning was very good. Free parking, and the Ferrari theme everywhere is striking, loved it. Didn't use the Paddock restaurant but the recommended La Smeraldo in town was fantastic - a Ferrari fan's dream, with memorabilia everywhere and a super passionate owner with amazing stories! In Maranello as well as the Ferrari museum there is the test track you can view for free if you wander up the main road, with stunning views. You can also find Ferrari HQ, spotting various cars leaving on test drives, in front of the massive prancing horse statue on the roundabout.

There was no kettle in the room but a quick visit to Katrina on reception and she instantly sorted it for us; she's a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the hotel.

Where do I start? The location of the hotel was in the small town but boy, was it fantastic!!!! The apartment was well laid out with three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bathroom had both washing machine and a dryer to wash and dry the clothes. The Kitchen utensils and accessories were more than sufficient. The staff were very friendly. The reception had a 2011 F1 Ferrari hanging behind. The Ferrari museum was only a few kilometres away. Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant!!!

There isn't much to say about the dislikes. The place was so well designed and thought through. if I have to say something, I would say that there is only one bathroom for three bedrooms and that is that.

It was very good location, and easy to find. the rooms were very spacious, and had everything we needed.

We arrived late to the hotel and there was no means of anywhere to eat, and wasn’t advised this would be the case. we arrived on a Sunday and found out the restaurant wasn’t even opened that day! They made up the sofa bed in the lounge which we didn’t need! I think it would have benefited from having a welcome pack and ideas of what to do in the area, along with providing tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The staff at the front desk could have had a service with a smile. On checking out, they didn’t seem to want to deal with us, but answer the phone more each time it rang!

We were there with 6 kids from 3 till 18 with breakfast included. Everyone's needs were satisfied. Rooms - spacious, clean with everything we needed. Breakfast - Absolutely 10 - all of us had something we enjoyed. Very versatile but the highlight was excellent end genuine Italian machiato or cappuccino made by the staff on request. Staff - Also 10 - Breakfast staff are fast, efficient and very kind. Especially Magdalena who patiently responded to our food allergy requests Also reception staff kindly and proactively responded to our requests. Parking - enough space every day In essence, there were no surprises from what we saw and read on booking.

Nothing really... If I have to....shower cabins too little for big guys but managable.

The size of the apartment is great for families. The facilities and the heating are perfect. Water is really hot and the shower is confortable. The possibility of been not in the main building with easy access for parking (have plenty of space).

In the first day we had bugs ins our apartments (beetle bugs) and the reception informed that was normal. The sofa bed is not so much comfortable (mainly due the structure which is weak),so is fine for kids not for adults. Furthermore, the main issue is that the main door for the room dont have any locker at all inside of the room (so if you have small kids like our case they can go outside easily). Lastly not enough utilities (pans as example) at the kitchen to do a meal (like a dinner) and only 1 dishwasher soap for the full stay.

BREAKFAST IS GOOD, CLEAN GOOD, ROOM GOOD.

BREAKFAST, THE MARANELO VILLAGE TEAM: I RECOMMEND TO TALK AND ASK ROOM NUMBER, NOT LOUDER. MY FAMILY SCARED, THE OTHERS GUESTS LOOK SCARE. LOOKSLIKE VILLAGE TEAM IS FIGHITING, TALK POLITE AND NOT LOUDER. ALSO, DID NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SEAT IN A PLACE THAT I CHOSE, PUT MY FAMILY NEAR THE WINDOW WITH 35 GRADE DEGREE, IT IS NOT FAIR. RESTROOM WITH CLOGGED SHOWER BOX. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS FOR MY FAMILY. LOCK WITH PROBLEMS, WE HAD TO SLEEP ONE NIGHT WITHOUT A LOCK ON THE DOOR.

Everything was fine and the food at the restaurant was amazing.

The two bedroom was not private it was open on one end. It didn’t have a door between the room on the side. Also, the fridge was full of snacks so there wasn’t any room for our water, etc. And there was no ice but they brought us ice for our room which was quite nice. I like to have glass glasses and not plastic only. We are travelling from afar so our needs may be different from others or business people otherwise everything was great.

The best was the "apartment" kind of room we stayed in, with lots os space for a family of four. Even though we did not use the kitchen or living room area, we took advantage of the big washer and dryer. We were half way on our Italy trip, so having them in our room was a comfortable bonus. The Ferrari decor added fun and excitement to the main reason of our visit to this town, and the proximity to the museum was another advantage. The breakfast was excellent. and there is plenty of parking space.

We really enjoyed the layout and size of the room as well as the ferrari theme throughout the hotel. It was also nice to have extra pillows to choose from! We had everything we needed in the room and whatever we didn't have the staff were happy to help.

When walking into the building, on the main floor it was overwhelmingly filled with the smell of cigarettes and you could tell is was a permanent smell. Once we reached the first floor it wasn't as bad but could still be smelled even in the hallway to our room.
