An absolutely perfect stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was extremely clean everywhere, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious. Within walking distance of the center of Maranello but still situated in a peaceful area. An oasis of peace with all the comfort you could ask for. Ca Prandini is located in the heart of Maranello within walking distance of the Ferrari factory. The property is spotless and as soon as you walk in the gate you notice the attention to detail - the grounds are impeccable, the lobby is well appointed and tastefully decorated with Ferrari memorabilia. We were greeted by one of the owners, Fabio, and check-in was efficient and informative, and he gave use excellent recommendations for dining out. The room was spacious and decorated in a way that befitted a room in the shadow of Ferrari-tasteful, yet with a modern, high performance flair. Breakfast in the morning on the enclosed patio was excellent and combined the best of European an American fare. Ca Prandini is an excellent value and I could not recommend it more highly.

Ca'Prandini is located close to the center of Maranello, a short walk (10 minutes) from the Ferrari Museum. With restaurants close by, it is ideally located for a Ferrari visit. The hotel has an F1 theme, and each room is named after a race track. We stayed at the Silverstone. After concurring the steps with our bags (it was upstairs), we came to a very modern, clean room with all the necessities available to us. Good size bathroom, comfortable bed and ample storage space for the two of us. A mini fridge held a couple of bottles of waters for us. Breakfast was served in a glass room in the garden. While looking out at the green yard, we were served excellent pastries and cooked-to-order scrambled eggs with pancetta. The staff was amazing, and I have to call out Fabio. He went out of his way to help us, making new arrangements for dinner and just his overall demeanor. He obviously loves the hotel business and he does everything to makes his guests as comfortable as possible. Overall excellent service by everyone!

Nothing really with the hotel. Perhaps Fabio can set-up a little fridge with some drinks for a nightcap (just self-service pay as you go), but in all honesty ... there are mini markets around. No complaints.

The renovation of the building is outstanding in terms of design, technology and and high quality materials and finish. The Ferrari/motor sport theme is very tastefully done, with framed photographs and memorabilia. The property stands in its own grounds, with secure car parking, with electronic controlled access and is in a quiet but convenient location. One can easily walk to the Ferrari museum. It does not have hotel levels of staffing, or facilities, but check in was swift and helpful and there is a pleasant reception area with seating and an interesting range of reading material. Breakfast was very good, served in a modern annexe of zen-like tranquillity, overlooking a small lawn.

Nothing, except that the default setting of the air conditioning was too fierce and the high-tech controls are not obvious to master.

Our time at Ca' Prandini was so enjoyable. The property is impeccable in all aspects. Our room was amazing with luxurious amenities and excellent temperature control for comfort in all temperatures. We decided to opt for the breakfast and were treated to a wonderful selection of food for all tastes. Breakfast here is a must! Manuela is the best and attended to our every need and along with housekeeping, our room was kept spotless. If you are staying in Maranello, stay here. No question! Walking distance to all Ferrari sites.

What can i say! Stunning property. We stayed in Monaco which was a spacious double and we also had Silverstone which was an elevated double-stunning! Rooms have everything hairdryer, toiletries, fridge. Mini bar charges are so cheap! Staff here go above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and served in a beautiful room ‘terrace’. We could walk to restaurants from here. The property has electronic entry and gated card entry which is extremely secure and secure parking. This property is beautiful. Owner was extremely helpful completing reservations for dinner for us with his local connections. Went above and beyond! Book you will love it!

Such a beautiful stay at this accommodation. My husband and I were travelling with our two adult children so we booked two rooms. THe rooms were modern and clean. We were very happy with this location. Parking for our 9 seater van was easy - lots of room. Staff were welcoming and responsive. Initially we were a bit lost and they were helpful to assist us.

Perhaps some more specific directions, but it was probably our fault we got a bit confused.

The owner Fabio was fantastic. VERY communicative and helped organize everything for me. ARRIVAL: I was coming from Milan for just the one night to tour the Ferrari factory the next day. Fabio organized a private driver from the train station, upon arrival I believe I was greeted by his mother and 97 year old grandmother which was fun as he was coming back into town later that evening. Additionally, he asked that I just write down everything I would like for breakfast the next day and he would take care of everything. So, while he was not physically there, he was there. DESIGN: I am crazy for all things design, I work in fashion and real estate, and this B & B did not disappoint! Fabio did a great job! From the lobby, to the common areas, to the the rooms. It is VERY well done and extremely clean. LOCATION: That evening I walked all of maybe 100 meters from the B & B to a Michelin Star seafood restaurant. The following morning I walked all of maybe 10 minutes to the front gate of the Ferrari factory. BREAKFAST: Fabio prepared everything himself and was more than accommodating to be sure that not only did I get everything I wanted to eat, was it enough. AFTERCARE: The next day after my factory tour I needed to go to Modena. As it is very difficult it would seem to get taxis at certain times of the day in Maranello, Fabio himself offered and gave me a ride. All in all I can't imagine ever staying at a different place in Maranello in the future!

Nothing could have been better. It was a perfect experience from start to finish.

The concept , the food, the warmth , the design and the cleanliness. I am a big traveler, and quite often travel thorough most parts of the world. Depending on the city I stay at a hotel, Airbnb or a b&b like this one. I can confidentially say Ca’ Prandini made me feel much better at comfort, and has that simple luxury vibe than most Hiltons.
