Hotel Villa Maranello

Everything about this Hotel was fantastic! From the second we arrived until the second we left Enzo and his team looked after us in every way possible. I cant speak highly enough of this hotel. There are places that will do what they can for you and then there are places that go above and beyond, Hotel Villa Maranello is one that goes above and beyond. Recommendations for dinner and even making the reservations for us and helping organise taxis, nothing was too much for the people at Hotel Villa Maranello. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned with shower toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and the lovely ladies kept us topped up on the coffee! My kind of breakfast! Ideally situated for anything Ferrari related! This trip was for my husband’s 50th Birthday, everything about our stay made great memories. Whenever we visit Maranello, there will only be one place we are staying! Hotel Villa Maranello.

There is nothing.

Our stay started off with excellent communication with our host. He reached out to us beforehand to make sure there were no issues reaching the property along with accommodating our check-in time Upon arrival, we were met by the host with kindness and warmth. The trip started off on the right foot. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with the Ferrari museum which made its location nothing but ideal. Parking was on-site and great for the weary traveller. Breakfast the next day was wonderful and ample.

It was perfect!

The hotel itself is a beautiful, detached building ideally situated on the edge of the town. a very short walk from the restaurants, museums & shops in the centre. It was very easy to find, being just off the main road, but had a good secure car park, so our car was safe plus it was very easy to unpack without the kids being exposed to any traffic. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and Enzo’s welcome was as warm as possible. It was clear that this is a family-run hotel with real soul. Our rooms were large, clean and well-appointed. We are out in the evenings, easy as the hotel is a very short walk from restaurants (easy for our nine year-old daughter. We ate breakfast in the hotel, which was prepared and served by Enzo’s lovely wife and daughter. Both are lovely people, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant again was spotless and surprisingly large. The hotel has lifts to all floors, which really helps with heavy suitcases! Enzo in particular is very charming. Despite us speaking no Italian, he had our kids in stitches of laughter and their parents very happy. Despite the hotel being full, we did not even hear another guest and all slept very soundly. I simply cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. As big motorsport/F1/Ferrari fans we will be returning to the area, and we will definitely be staying with Enzo again. We would be crazy not to.

The air conditioning in one of our bedrooms was a little weak, but Enzo immediately came to attend to it and made the best of it. It gave him another opportunity to impress us.

8 is actually too low. Almost 9. To my feelings 8,8 would be perfect ;-) Villa Maranello is a very well maintained beautiful villa, easily accessible from the highway, within walking distance of the Ferrari factory, the museum and even the Fiorano circuit. The (underrated) city of Modena is a 15 minute drive and well worth a visit (especially the Museum Enzo Ferrari, which impressed me more than the museum at the factory in Maranello. The grounds of the hotel where you can easily park, the building and in particular the rooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious (especially the bathroom), which is a plus if you are traveling with two children. On the negative side: the furniture of the room is a little bit dated but solid nonetheless, except one of the extra beds was not very comfortable (according to our daughter) and the cover of some chairs in the breakfast room need to be replaced. Breakfast is neither buffet style nor extensive, but the host is happy to bring it to the table (I liked the eggs) The host Enzo is immediately the highlight of the stay. A friendly and enthusiastic man. Thank you for the warm welcome Enzo and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Nothing worth mentioning.

Graziella was amazing. She made the perfect cappuccino and was so helpful. Since most of the staff was on vacation, she took charge and anticipated all of our needs and with always a warm smile on her face. The hotel was not only charming but it was so quiet because of the soundproof windows. The location was perfect since it was close to all of the Maranello attractions. We will definitely return!

The hotel is quite small, around 12 rooms. It is perfectly placed if you're visiting the Ferrari factory & museum which is only a couple of minutes walk down the road. Enzo is an attentive host who was very welcoming & helpful . There's a supermarket right across the road and many restaurants within easy walking distance. Excellent stay, would recommend !

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition to the rooms.

Villa is located in walking distance from both Ferrari museo and town center. It is very beautiful villa, well organized and with free parking in the yard. Although we spent only one nigh there, Enzo,the owner was very communicative and even opened his restaurant to prepare us a welcome coffee and have a small chat with us.

This is not negative comment, but more like a tip, since there are tiles in the room, bring your slippers :)

Everything about Hotel Villa Maranello was absolutely incredible! Enzo exceeded our expectations and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable! We're huge Ferrari fans so the short walk to the factory and museum could not be more convenient. The recommendation for our dinner was the "cherry on top" as we enjoyed one of our best Italian meals and were surrounded by more Ferrari memorabilia.

Because we enjoyed every little detail of this hotel, there is nothing I can say we didn't like.

Fantastically appointed hotel for visiting Maranello and all things Ferrari. It is in the middle of town so everything is easy to walk to. Rooms are nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

We were in the attic rooms and due to how buy they were, we had a triple room, but that is all I could fault.

The room is spacious and even the bathroom. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was served. Everything is clean and the internet is reasonable. Basically you have all you need for a pit stop at Maranello. The location is of walking distance to the Ferrari museum.

Everything is fine and as expected, especially in a rural industrial village.
