Great breakfasts. Wonderful choice of food. Mummy was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. Nice room. Unique and awesome location, all major attractions within walking distance. Clean and neat plumbing, quality hygiene products. Overall, the hotel lives up to a solid 5 star rating. If we come to Milan again, we will definitely stay here.

The staff doesn't like to answer emails. In preparation for Mummy's trip, answers were late, or no one responded at all. It's understandable that when you plan a trip to another country, there are a lot of questions. But apparently the presence of questions do not like the hotel staff, otherwise how to explain that 25 percent of my messages were unanswered. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, with very friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Different dietary needs catered for at breakfast (GF, vegan). 5 minutes to Duomo and the metro, 15 min to the castle. Small supermarket opposite. We stayed 5 nights and it was a great base for exploring and accessing trains to other areas. Very comfortable for a long stay. Can't fault the hotel or staff. Would return if visiting Milan again.

When booking, there was no mention of the significant building works immediately outside the hotel, which began at 7am each day. We had a terrace but sadly it was too noisy to open the doors (and not very nice to look out on). The soundproofing is great but not enough to avoid being woken each morning. Not the hotel's fault, but should be made explicit on booking.com as we were choosing between several options.

the cleanliness of the room was good but we found an old tshirt in the cabinet that wasnt ours and also the emergency alarm went on at night thiugh it was a false alarm they took too long to turn it off

I was pleasantly captivated by the hotel's prime location, which proved to be incredibly convenient with its close proximity to not just one, but two metro stations. This made exploring the city a breeze and added extra excitement to my stay. Now, let me gush about the breakfast spread – it was a culinary masterpiece! With an abundance of options to choose from, I found myself in breakfast heaven. I dare say it was the highlight of my entire trip to Italy. The delectable assortment of dishes catered to every palate, and the food quality was simply unparalleled. From freshly baked pastries to savory delicacies, my taste buds were treated to a symphony of flavors that left me craving more each morning.

Everything in the hotel is fantastic. The threshold between price and benefits is a fight, otherwise. I suppose accommodation prices are in the skies after the pandemic and economic inflation worldwide. I need to mention an important thing. The hotel is very well located and close, maybe to the most tourist point in Milan, Domo!!!. Milan is a very safe city, but you must know the Domo is crowded with Pickpocketing. I had a terrible experience with that and took care of your studies there, mainly if you arrive at the hotel from Domo Metro Station!!!! This is very serious.

The location is perfect, walking distance from The Duomo and all the shopping places. Didnt use a taxi/bus at all. The hotel super clean and has everything you need. Staff friendly and always helpful.

Excellent central location 5-10 mins walk to the Dome and other attractions. Public transport readily available. Rooms comfortable and clean, pretty standard. It's more of a 4* than a 5* but given the other options in the area it was very good value for money.

Breakfast offer was varied but not very appetizing. Medium quality food, what you would get in a supermarket. Not even prosciutto crudo or smoked salmon. Lots of fruits and pastry but not so many vegetables. Housekeeping was understaffed and sometimes they did not manage to clean the room if we were out just for shorter periods of time. One of the staff at the concierge did not really understand English so when I requested a cab he was unable to explain that it was not possible due to a strike. I had to go to the main desk.

the lady concierge on duty (blonde hair) that checked us in on Saturday, April 29 at around 12nn was very helpful, courteous and smiling. the assisting attendant Patrick was also courteous and smiling. prior to arrival, my inquiries were promptly answered on booking.com messages. the breakfast was okay. food we ordered in the small bar at the ground floor was also sumptuous

the rooms’ doors when closing are noisy. since the doors are automatic lock, the guests usually just let the door close by itself and the banging affects sleep especially most hotel guests usually go back late at night.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was ideal for seeing all the main attractions and the beds were sooo comfortable ☺️

I always expect 4* & 5* hotels to provide Face cloths as standard but this 5* hotel didn’t have them available at all.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed and all staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was on the top floor, spacious, quiet and a beautifully comfortable bed. Breakfast was a feast and Carmen looked after us as if we were family, bringing little treats of tiramisu to the table for breakfast!! The location was superb. Plenty of good small restaurants nearby near the Metro where locals eat. Metro a 7 min walk, Duomo a 12 min walk, bus outside door but we walked everywhere and used the Metro a lot. Worth buying a 3 day pass from metro station. If you have time, highly recommend the Brera district to visit the Sforza? Castello there. Stunning.

The location was perfect - easy to find, central to all main sights and public transportation. The staff were excellent - polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a big birthday for my husband and staff went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special thanks to Massimo at the main bar and Rosa our housekeeper 😊. The hotel was quiet and clean - the reception, bar, lobby and room were all spotless. Little extras such as the fresh flowers, fruit water and sweets in the reception area and bottled water in the lift lobby very much appreciated.

We loved our stay - there wasn't anything not to like. Thankyou!
