We were impressed with the stylish and modern decor, as well as the nice scent of the diffuser within the property. The room was clean and well-appointed with nice toiletries. There is hotel reception 24hrs and optional wellness services. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and it was a short walk to the luxury shopping belt of Via Monte Napoleone street. We opted for the room with a jacuzzi and it was a great choice to have after a long day of walking. We would stay again at MonteNapoleone Suites!

There was loud ongoing renovation between 10am-5pm but not an issue for us as we were usually out by then. A small flask for making hot water would be useful for guests, esp those traveling with young children.

This is my second time staying here and my experience has been consistently outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring my needs are met. The spacious rooms are a huge plus, with generous bathrooms that don't skimp on space. What really sets this place apart, though, is the tasteful and stylish decor which strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and warm homeliness. This unique atmosphere makes each stay feel special. With two wonderful experiences under my belt, I will definitely be booking here again for my third visit, and likely many more after that. Highly recommended for a consistently great stay!

The air conditioning system does need urgent attention or possibly an overhaul. This was a recurring issue across both of my stays. The hotel staff did attempt to mitigate the problem by providing me with two fans, which I appreciate. However, the room was still uncomfortably warm. Despite this issue, my overall experiences have been largely positive and I fully intend to return next year. I trust that by then, these air conditioning issues will be addressed and resolved.

The hotel's location is superb, just next to the Duomo, and it has a cool "Moda" vibe. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Once, we had an issue with the taxi van that was supposed to take us to the airport, but they quickly stepped in to defend us, and solved it by getting us another taxi within 5 minutes. The room is clean, the air-conditioning works fine, and the bathroom has a bidet, not a "Shatafa." The rooms have name not number :)

The hotel doesn't offer its own parking area, but there's an option available for about 30 euros a day at a parking lot 500 meters away. Something unexpected for me was that they hold onto the car keys at the parking lot. I assume this might be common in Milan, as they have to shuffle cars to make space due to double parking in the lot. As for the suite, it's quite spacious, though it's worth noting that it's not divided into separate rooms. Instead, it's a single huge room featuring two king-size beds. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, pool ... etc.

The locations is the best. The room is well equipped. Clean and new, super comfy bed and super nice reception. I and my friend have great time here. We booked for suite and asked for twin room but currently suite have only King. The hotel manage and set up the sofa to be another king bed for us. With this generous room size, I and my friend can have a good stay with some privacy. We also book Taxi service to airport which is smooth. One good thing is hotel is near supermarket and pharmacy store, just right across the stree. Everything is perfect so we are recommend and we will come back if we have a chance to Milan again.

No Breakfast but it is okay for us. We can go around town to have nice breakfast near the hotel.

Good welcome and smooth check-in. The room was much bigger than we expected. Comfortable large bed and a fantastic bathroom. The whole space was immaculately clean. Lots of little details in the room and hotel which were very much appreciated. The weather was hot during our stay, so it was nice to return to a wonderfully cool air-conditioned room. Great location for us, situated very close to shopping areas. About 10 min walk to the Duomo also close to the Brera district. Carrefour on the doorstep is very handy and was used by us daily. We met around 3 different reception staff during our stay. They were all friendly and professional, always greeted us with a smile, and were happy to answer any queries we had.

Room for 2 adults and 1 child was very large and comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived and daily cleaning service was provided. Room was well stocked with water and snacks and had a small table and 4 chairs for eating snacks. Two beds - one in front room for child and one queen size bed in bedroom. Plenty of storage in two closets and bathroom had shower, sink, toilet and bidet. This room also had one of the best (secure) door locks I have ever seen on a hotel room. The location was also good, easy walk to the Duomo, and other areas. Very helpful staff at front desk.

It was great. I wish we would have had more than one week time.

The experience of staying at MONTENAPOLEONE SUITES was very good. The following points are highly recommended: Excellent location: it is very convenient to visit Duomo di Milano or go shopping on Via Monte Napoleone. Moreover, there is a Carrefour supermarket just across the street, which is also very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. Friendly hotel staff: the service staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and they were always willing to answer any questions we had. Great room experience: the spacious room was very comfortable to stay in, and there was a fantastic large bathtub where we could relax after a tiring day of travel.

The location of the property is perfect, just steps away from the Duomo and all the shopping and restaurants. High end shopping and high fashion shopping were all a 5 mins walk away. There's also a little grocery store just across the street. Rooms were spacious and modern and bed was super comfy with a selection of pillows for everyone. Love that they provided robes and slippers too. They even took it a step as far as providing hair straightener even though I didn't use it, I thought it was amazing to have. The staff were also really amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Katana assisted with my restaurant booking both within Milan and my restaurant booking in Florence too. She assisted me with my taxi booking to the Navigli, she even took it a step further and research a few restaurants for me, she was AMAZING and just a beautiful person. The other staff member also assisted with my taxi booking when I was in a rush to the train station, really appreciated everyone's friendliness and help during my stay.

The only thing that wasn't so great was that on my last day there was a very awful sewage smell that lingered all morning but it only happened on my last day so I think it was just a fluke accident.

Very stylish and spacious suite. Great design, high ceiling, balcony, very comfortable in room temperature and noise level is low. Bed is like heaven! Memory foam pillows are just amazing, very nice sheets quality. We slept like a baby there. Location is fantastic, just 3-5 min to San Babila subway station, 10 min on foot to Duomo but located in a quiet back street where there is no crowds at all. supermarket is in 2 min. Perfect! Reception staff is excellent, they were extremely attentive to all our needs and gave us the warmest welcome. would definitely come back!

Everything was as it was in the images. The room was huge and they stocked the room with complimentary snacks and water. What made it an exceptional stay was the staff. Ketiana and Giuseppe and the 2 other wonderful gentleman on reception. They were so kind and their recommendations were always spot on they couldn’t do enough for you. They were always happy and willing to chat. The location was fantastic. 3 minutes to duomo and shops. We loved it there. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.
