Hotel Bristol

Location was excellent near Milan main rail station and public transportation. Breakfast was above expectations and the breakfast staff were very friendly especially Carlo. Air conditioning was really good . The TV was also good with variable international channels.

The bathroom for the single room was small especially the shower box which might be an issue for a big person. The safety box didn’t work neither were there instructions on how to use it. I informed the reception, the handyman tried to fix it but couldn’t do that and they didn’t replace it. I also asked the receptionist about day trips and tours, they don’t have informations or brochures about that and asked me to look online.

This hotel is situated right across the street from the Stazione Centrale making urban and out of the city travel very easy. The hotel has excellent and helpful staff. Room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay again should the occasion arise.

PROFESDIONAL reception staff. Service at this hotel is more than 5 stars, Ali and another gentleman who was not there when I checked out on the 30th, earlier about 7am.I forgot to ask his name, though. As mentioned in the review, location is one of the best things about this hotel, the central station is cross the street, we can get metro, airport bus etc. The hotel is outdated, but being able to stay comfortably. Lastly, the services( reception staff) make everything is paid off. RECEPTION STAFF are very nice, sincere, and willingly help/assist me. I got a lot of information for sightseeings, foods, and shopping etc. They searched, printed it out, and showed them in maps for me. When I come back to Milan, I will stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends as well. Breakfast is also nice. Good coffee and dolce.

Noise from the next room and facility is kind of old. However, great services from reception staff and location paid off all. Maintenance staff responded quickly as well.

We needed a hotel near Milan railway station. The hotel is a short walk to the station which was great for us. The room was clean and comfortable and provided us with several large bottles of water free of charge, 2 still and 2 sparkling. Breakfast was included with our room and offered plenty of choice. The staff at breakfast were very friendly.

Not a complaint but an observation, as with many European hotels, there is a small flight of stairs to enter the hotel, no ramp. We carried our bags in and we were given help with them on our departure. Not a problem for us just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent location but above all the excellent staff made this an enjoyable stay. All people from the front desk to dining room to attendants were friendly, polite and obliging. No request was too much. The station has a good array of shops but the best bit is the food area on the west side. Great choices and prices, the wine bar was a treat.

The old fashioned and quaint shower system really needs replacing. How many guests use the bath with water jets? And some extra warmth in the water is needed! Guests with bags need to be aware that there seems only to be steps and no ramp but the friendly attendants are often in place. Getting from the very close by Milano Centrale is a bit tricky as there is a major taxi rank in between and finding the footpath a challenge.

Very helpful staff! The breafast was by far the best compared to other hotel of similar range in whole Italy. It is very close to the Central Station and metro, so if you are ariving late, this is exactly what you need. The single room was very tiny, however offering exactly what is needed for a single travelling person, a comfortable bed, tv, little fridge and AC (vital for summer month in Italy).

Lightning in the room could be improved, some lamps were not working.

Perfect location, couldn't get any better! The most charming hotel, very old fashioned but doesn't really reduce the quality. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Room had everything it needed for my short stay. Quite impressed with the amenities.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast selection but may be preference. My only minor thing was how loud the toilet flush is! Not sure why it sounds like a plane taking off, but was stirred a few times from the sound of other rooms toilets!

I liked this hotel . Well placed opposite central station. Very clean hotel quiet . No bar and no tea coffee making facility in my room. Breakfast was organised scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery. Good choice otherwise. I would recommend this hotel x

Hotel is located at a walking distance from main train station, making it perfect for people in transit but not that much for people who want to walk into the main touristic attractions. Rooms are clean and quiet, fully equiped to a 4 star rating without luxury. Staff was helpful to overcome a booking mistake I made. Breakfast is complete and plenty!

Nothing at all, but be aware that you won't be a walk distance for the main touristic attractions.

it is a luxury hotel that has been very carefully looked after. but if you are after a modern, recently refurbished hotel, this isn’t for you. i personally quite like the kitsch decor. the breakfast was good. the shower was powerful and great. everywhere was spotless and the location was excellent. so all in all, I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
