B&B Hotel Milano Aosta

Ideal location near the central station - shuttle buses from the airport, buses to Serravale Outlet, taxi stop, metro station - everything is nearby (2-3 minutes). Lovely bistros in the station building - delicious pizza, coffee. Central shopping street and main sights of Milan within walking distance (15-20 min). Great view from the terrace at breakfast. The ability to purchase metro tickets directly at the registration desk of the hotel or at the kiosk right in front of the hotel. Hearty breakfast. you won't go hungry. Friendly and very helpful staff, I mostly have contacted Laura, she helped me a lot in many different issues, being professional and patient! If you are traveling for business purposes, if you are going to travel by train in Italy, then this is the ideal place to stay in Milan.

Monotonous breakfasts identical every day- if you stay more than 3-4 days it's annoying. But... this is expected as the hotel belongs to B&B system and does not spoil the good general impression at all.

Despite being so close to the train station it was still a very nice hotel, friendly staff, good sized clean rooms. It is a noisy area but that is no surprise - Breakfast was very nice on the rooftop

This was an unexpected, last minute stay very late at night after missing our rail connection due to problems with our train. The hotel was ideally located just steps away from the train station and we were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. It was wonderful being greeted by such pleasant, friendly and helpful staff and our rooms were impeccable! The beds were fantastic and the rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being so close to the train station. The added breakfast was a bonus and catered to all our different tastes. We would defintely stay here again!

The location was perfect for the train station and being near to lots of transport options to explore the city. The room was clean and spacious. There was a great value breakfast available too.

The bed was a little firm for my liking and the shower was either scolding hot or ice cold! Also the lifts are terribly slow!

Hotel is quite cozy with amazing open terras on the 8th floor, where breakfasts are served. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room is small but comfortable. Location is perfect when you plan to travel from railway station cause it is 2 minutes walk, Duomo is close as well.

The breakfast was excellent—great variety. We easily walked to the parks and restaurants

Staff was nice and the location was very good with the train station right next to it without but not too close to cause any unwanted noise etc… The main tourist sights and shopping was within walking distance and we didn’t feel the need to use the metro (although I think there was a metro station right next to it). We got a room with a balcony that was facing toward the park in front of the train station so that was a huge plus!

The luggage storage didn’t feel very secure, it was just a an unlocked room next to the reception and it felt like anyone could easily just sneak there. Breakfast was little more focused on the sweet side of things, would have liked to see some more salty (or healthy) options.

The location is literally across the train station. The staff super kind, happy and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty options. Our stay was very short - we were flying out of Malpensa - but I would definitely stay there again if back to Milan.

The mattress is on the hard side and pillow were thin. It didn't bother us because it was only an overnight stay. The AC wasn't able to regulate the temperature below 30 degrees Celsius, but once I mentioned to the front desk they took immediate action and apologized offering us bottles of water to go. I thought it was very kind.

The property has excellent location, it is situated right outside Milano Centrale Station. We had a triple room with a beautiful view directly to the station and the hotels surrounding the area. The hotel has great breakfast, with a nice selection and all produce is fresh. House keeping did a great job and the staff are all friendly!

These were only small observations, but the room we were in didn’t have a lockable bathroom door, so there wasn’t ensured privacy when someone was using the bathroom as it was only a pushing door. I would also mention that the rooms didn’t have carpet installed, and the hotel didn’t provide slippers. So if you are planning a stay, bring slippers.
