The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are appropriate with the price.

The washroom had some issues. The water kept leaking out from the shower area

Before coming I read some bad reviews and compared prices of many hotels. But luckily hotel was good. Yes, it looks not like a typical hotel in a separate building: it is located on the third floor of the historical building; you need to call at the door before entering, but a receptionist opens it immediately. There was no teapot in the room, but when I asked hot water it was immediately without any problem given to me. Also I could leave my bag at the reception after checking out till the evening. The location is perfect. It's 3-5 minutes on foot from the train and bus station to go to the airport, it's 15 minutes foot from the skyscrapers, it's 30-35 minutes from the Milano Cathedral and other historical places of interest. I booked the room on a special offer with a discount price for low-season (in January, 15-17), so the price including breakfast (due to expensive Milano prices for everything) was still ok. The breakfast was good for us too. The room was with a private bathroom with towels, soaps

It was noisy outside. The traffic was noisy, but you stay not far from the train station.

I liked how the staff were extremely friendly and kind. My favourite part was breakfast, it was cozy and felt welcoming. I loved how I could ask any drink I wanted and the staff were willing to serve it with love. It felt wonderful to start the day with a hearty breakfast, greeted by the warm smiles of the staff. The service of the staff was definitely something that deserves much recognition. The staff were patient when it came to our needs and always ensured that we were comfortable. I'm grateful for 2 particuler staff, gorgeous Sheryna and sweet Grace. Sheryna was so lovely and offered to get us a taxi when we needed it. Grace was so humble and quietly worked behind the scenes as she did her work to the best of her ability. My family and I were touched by their kindness. There was also this jolly old man with white hair, who offered to let us have breakfast early as we arrived before the dedicated time. Although this was a 3 star hotel, the experience really felt like one of a 5 star hotel. Thank you Keb Hotel for the awesome time, if we ever visit Milan, we will stay here again. It provided the warmth of home.

I think Keb hotel can improve on the their WiFi connection. There was no Internet connection in our rooms and we only received stable connection in the reception area.

First of all our room was super clean, wifi connection was great (you can connect only when you were in the room), hotel is really close to train station, hotel workers let us leave our luggage after the check out and breakfast was good too, you have options like egg, croissant, toast, salami etc.

Hotel location is not close to city center, therefore we had to use subway for going to city center ( subway station is very close to hotel and you just get through 4-5 station but it closed 12pm so we had to manage our time for coming back to hotel).

rooms where very clean staff very friendly breakfast was good a few blocks from Milano Centrale train station neighbor in general seem to be safe for a big city I can not comment on value since I do not have a lot experience comparing hotels in Italy as i would in the US

Even though we were on the 3rd not sure how other rooms are but ours were facing the main road so there was a lot of street noise thru out the night Our kids room was next to ours so you hear if someone in the bathroom The fridge in our room did not work For my wife and myself we felt the pillows were a little to thick for our comfort

If you’re a traveler like me (been a lot of places in a lot of countries and stayed everywhere from dirt floor huts with no windows to 5 star resorts) then this place is exactly what you want. The (apparently) once grand neighborhood is a little shabby and you might be thinking it’s going to be a shabby room as well, but pleasant surprise, it’s quite nice. Plenty clean, roomy enough, great staff and a good breakfast Great location for the train station and easy access to public transportation. Decent restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it.

Excellent central location, just along from the train & metro station The free breakfast was good too, not a huge selection but enough for me & the coffee was good too Staff were really kind & patient on reception & all spoke english, daily housekeeping was welcome too!! My room was larger than I expected, which was a bonus WIFI worked really well in the reception area

Room was a little noisy from the traffic below, even with the windows closed Beds weren't the softest ever. Not really a complaint, more of an observation WIFI didn't really work in my room, which suggests the range isn't very strong The curtains in my room were hanging off their railing

The property was in a great location, just a walking distance to the central train station. The room was big and specious. There was some noise which was totally normal for the room in central area. The room was clean,

there were not two keys and we always had to leave the key at reception, However the reception was working 24/7 and theye were very welcoming. We also paid a city tax which later i found out that we already paid it through booking.

Central location, very spacious room, clean, helpful staff, reception is always attended, comfortable temperature, good water pressure

No Kettle in the room, fridge didn't work (was able to use a fridge outside the room instead), walls are VERY thin and can hear every conversation in the next room, a lot of sirens and other noises from outside
