Boccioleto Resort

It’s very close to the nature, elegant & quality, but we still felt the atmosphere of Tuscany. Great place to relax, nice view and good foods and drinks. We really enjoyed to be here!

The water in the pool could have been warmer as it was difficult to use during the day due to the cold at night. Only an advice: perhaps it would be useful to provide half-board options to the reservation possibilities so we don’t have to search restaurants - if we would eat something else than gourmet foods- among the villages in the area, although the scenery is very beautiful for travel :)

Kind, helpful, and well-prepared staff (really, including everyone). Our little dachshund was warmly welcomed as well and could enter everywhere within the resort (except the indoor wellness, but we haven't used it anyway, now in summer). Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (local specialties in a wonderful Tuscan garden). I suggest trying out their kitchen at least once during your stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing (it is not noisy at all).

There is a wonderful view from the pool, but it is a little noisy (that is because of the guests), it would be better to listen to the cicadas. :) So we preferred to stay on the balcony of the room, which is no less beautiful than the view from the pool.

location is very secluded, views for miles from the pool. We had an upstairs room in the converted farm house with exposed wooden beams and it was extremely clean. Hotel grounds were kept immaculate, with lots of wild life and flowers and trees. The food at the hotel is 5* all cooked from scratch, and reasonably priced with a great wine selection and a wine pairing available for a four course meal for only 15 euros. The pictures and description dont do the hotel justice

one downside was the noise and amount of children. The hotel has recently changed from adults only which i wasnt aware of so being by the pool wasn't a quiet relaxing experience. So my partner and i made an effort to leave the hotel on day two as it got a bit too much

Great place with a lovely view. We really enjoyed our stay. Due to circumstances we didn't have a two-bedroom apartment but instead a one-bedroom appartment and a hotel room. Friendly staff, who called us to let us know in time. The solution they gave us was perfect. We used the spa on the first day. Not too big, just perfect and you have this great view from the jacuzzi. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Enough choices and great wine. The rooms were above our expectations. Very clean and a big bed. Bathroom was good as well. The staff speaks English well and is quick to respond if you are in need of any help This resort is a perfect base to visit the Chianti region and all the other beautiful places such as Florence. Our recommendation is to visit this resort by car.

Only thing was that the frigde in the room made a lot of noice. But that was easy fixed by pulling out the plug. Futher more is that you can hear your neighbors.

We were a family of 5, and rented a superior double room and an apartment at the property. The rooms were all large, well maintained and clean. In particular, the superior room was outstanding with a large bathroom. The beds are supersized and really comfortable. The gardens and the pool area are very well maintained and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, and we also enjoyed 1 dinner at the property restaurant. We enjoyed the little bar area and outside area for some evening drinks. We would also recommend a nearby restaurant in Montaione called Casa Masi, which was incredible.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful location with typical Tuscan setting. Our room was well presented, clean and with beautiful views. Pool area was a welcome addition if you want to quickly cool off or just read a book. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel also has a fantastic restaurant serving fine local produce - try one of the 4-course set menus with wine if you want to indulge!

We made the mistake of opening our windows at dusk to let the air in after a hot day. Unfortunately, we spent the night hiding under sheets from so many mosquitoes in our room. Tip: turn airco on and close everything!

Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful room, large, spacious and air conditioned. TV provided, all Italian channels, as to be expected. Kettle, Tea, coffee etc plus a small fridge provided. Balcony, which was completely private and could be closed off using shutters at night. Staff were exceptional in their help and support, as my wife is registered disabled an suffers from severe arthritis, so even though they did not have a ground floor room available the help was always there. Molly, our husky, was made more than welcome, even offered a "doggy" treat on arrival! The staff appear to love dogs of all breeds! I can't comment on the facilities, as we were only there for one night, but the grounds looked wonderful, the pool very inviting, and I saw that there was also a fitness suite and jacuzzi. We ate our evening meal at the hotel, (there does not seem to be any facilities for food elsewhere within the near vicinity), however, that being said, we had an absolutely wonderful meal, very reasonably priced! Also, the serving staff were attentive and "good for a laugh"! The breakfast was, as I expected after the evening meal, full of choice, well presented and exceeded our expectations - whether we wanted hot food, continental food, cereals, fruit or croissants etc -- it was all there for the consumption! Excellent coffee and a choice of juices!

Hard to change anything - too good!

the staff is very friendly, location a lil bit far from florence. you will need to go by car to get the resort. the room is very clean. the resort has full equiped of laundry room (incl detergent, softener, dryer machine and iron). my kid loves the breakfast mecause it has nutella. we also loves the soap that they provided.

Turns out that they only provide us 1 mineral bottle a day. if you need more. they will charge you. and also the resort doesnt have any activities in surrounding area, so after breakfast everybody’s gone

We loved it all! We stayed in "the apartment" which was 2 bdrm 2bath with a living room area and kitchenette. They had strong air conditioners in each room which was wonderful. The beds were, I believe, King size and medium firmness/soft. The staff was amazing helping with meals, cleaning, and suggestions on activities. We used the pool and spa room which were both pristine clean and fun. The food was great, we ate breakfast lunch and dinner here regularly. Really cute indoor and outdoor seating on a shady, lush hillside.

No suggestions for improvements. We loved it.
