Location is very peaceful on a long road from Montespertoli to Treceno with few houses, but much closer to the latter so work from there. Set back from road so look for the cypress avenue - Very Tuscan. Beautiful old family villa with Virginia creeper, and woodland behind. La signora is very welcoming and helpful - she booked me a great restaurant close by which I never would have found by myself. As the villa is quite isolated, her help was very good. She also has the most adorable dog, who likes her tummy rubbed. I only stayed overnight but this would be great base to see San Gimignano, Volterra, the wine country etc over a longer time.

The Villa is beautiful with stunning views. We were met by a friendly chap who made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The room itself was stunning and the bed was big and comfortable. The balcony had beautiful views and I took a dip in the pool which overlooks the valley. So relaxing and welcoming. We will be staying again.

Vintage style villa with cypreses. So lovely owners! In Villa Albertina all is perfect - location in country side, Toscana view, silence and pool. Room for 4 persons with terrace is so big and comfortable. We really enjoyed and relaxed here!

It’s a beautiful and picturesque villa in the middle of a beautiful countryside. It really gives you a special feeling, like no other. The lady who runs the property was very friendly, polite and gave us space, but at the same time took great care of us! She even made us delicious dinner, for which we didn’t ask in advance (it was a bit expensive, but we didn’t ask for a price in advace, which was our mistake). We would definitley recommend the place!

The property itself is an beautiful place with a nice entrance. A place that makes you feel like you’ve arrived home. The owner is very friendly and always smiling and the dog of the property always come to welcome you. You feel like home in Tuscany.

The hostess went out of her way to make me a good meal when I arrived. The place was cheerfully decorated inside, although rustico Tuscan style (noble class) basically, and outside there were tables and chairs in abundance for breakfast or whatever. The Host u. Hostess were friendly and helpful, but stayed out of your way.

Superb location, authentic vintage villa with authentic vintage furniture and decors. Exceptional value for money, ideal geographically plase to stay and visit Tuscany. One hour road trip from every major point o interest.

An extraordinary location in silent hill country, very large and comfortable room. There is a forest behind Villa Albertina with a view over a large part of the Chianti, you can even see the towers of San Gimignano. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Family owned, it’s far from cities, but valuable if you plan a countryside Tuscany tour.

The room was very stylish, and gives a real feeling of an authentic Tuscan Villa stay. The balcony was a lovely addition to the room, giving us some freedom to enjoy the evenings outdoors in private.

The fact that you have to leave your key at reception when leaving the property, and that the door closes at 11. It is understandable, but just a nuisance since we had to hurry our dinner.
