I would like to praise Anastasia as she went extra mile to help me: my flight was badly delayed and she got in touch with me to advise that she would wait for me despite her shift ending at 23h00. I arrived al ost two hours late! On the following morning I accidentally tally left the key in the room and had to call her early in the morning. She was incredibly helpful and gentle giving me instructions about how to enter the room. She was in her day off and I'm really sorry I woke up her so early! They are so lucky to have such a gem in the team!!! Grazie Anastasia! I travel the world and had never met someone like you before!

Clean .location

It is basically not a hotel.it it a flat in a buildingbtransformed into hotel rooms

Location is perfect, very nice for accessing different place. To be fair, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel until midday which helped us to walk around before our flight.

Their price policy is not accurate as they charged us more for my son who is 1year and a half they said that my son has to pay as he is older than 18months so charged 15% of the total price. It wasnt what I could see through my booking so it was not a pleasant experience.

Position is fantastic, in the city center of Napoli

As the position is so central, the rooms could be noisy during the night because of the cars outside. A very bad note: the cleaning lady is smoking while cleaning the room therefore we smelled sigarette smoke during the morning that was quite disgusting….

The hotel room was very nice, clean, comfortable and it also had a cute balcony! the hotel is on the fourth floor of a condo and the reception is open from 3pm to 11pm, however we were able to go in earlier to leave our bags. The person at reception kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for the next day which was very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the port, if you’re going to the islands or Amalfi coast and also a 10/15 min walk to the historical centre and Spanish quarters.

Great location near all the best parts of town (tube station also 2 mins away if you're not a fan of walking). The room was a great size with a big hot tub and very well sized bathroom. The bed was quite big and super comfortable. We were very happy with our experience at Barbarella and would definitely come back.

A lovely property, great location and very nice room. Hosts were very helpful, reception is not staffed all the time, not an issue but just be mindful of initial arrival and departure times. Keys provided to come and go as we pleased. Too tip: request the room with a bath/jacuzzi had we known this in advance we definitely would have to soak our sore feet from all the sight seeing!

Nothing, would happily stay there again if we ever return to Naples!

when met on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious clean, modern and well located for 'real Naples' yet easily within walking distance of waterfront and main attractions

at times there was no one on reception and no one answering reception call so when I initially had trouble with the safe there was no one to help and it delayed my going out. Also I wanted information about taxis early in the morning and there was no one to ask. Despite this when met on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was so worth the money! The room was beautiful (would highly suggest going for the hot tub room) and the location was perfect. Situated in a nice part of Naples and very close to a metro (less than 1 min walk), that takes you straight into the centre of Naples / Garibaldi station in 7 mins. Would highly recommend!

Super friendly receptionist to greet us, she gave us recommendations for food and explained how to work the doors, room was modern and super clean, our room was cleaned for us on our 2nd day, the location was great a 10-15 min walk to most of the ideal attractions.
