the bedroom was fantastic, really comfortable, amazing view, and the staff was super nice with great English level.

the breakfast included in the rate only allows you to choose 1 hot or cold drink, and 1 croissant or similar. given the room facilities, we were expecting a better breakfast, as this was very very incomplete. we asked for an additional orange juice and we were charged +3,5€ per person, for a tiny glass of orange juice.

I really liked the location. Its close to the port, metro, and centro storico. Its really nice neighborhood compared to some in Napoli. Really comfortable beds like in a hotel and a good balcony view. I really liked the heating with an air condition and separate heating in the shower. Good self check in, very convenient. Everything was just perfect like you would except from a real hotel

The only thing I did not like is that I left the balcony door open and mosquotos came in at night. Its not realted to the accommodation, its just a warning for anybody to have anti mosquito spray or smth with them at spring/summer time if they want a fresh air at night :D

Lovely clean room in the centre of this crazy city. Ernesto is a great host and was easily contactable throughout the day. he arranged for discounted parking of my motorcycle in a secure parking garage next door which was great as I was on a big bmw with a lot of luggage meaning I didn’t have to take everything off etc. he gave me some good tips re restaurants and places to visit. close to old town and harbour front. breakfast voucher for cafe downstairs

nothing, street outside can be a little noisy but you are in the city centre. earplugs do the job. breakfast is only a coffee and croissant but in the heat of summer it was ok. There is a little shop across the road that sells fruit, milk and juice etc which you can put in the fridge if necessary

Great central location. We had a lovely airy room with a balcony on the 4th floor. It was quiet for Naples. The property was very clean and light and the room had all the facilities needed including a fridge and kettle. Would recommend. The host was helpful with advice, taxis etc.

Not keen on the non personal check in via WhatsApp and lack of a host on site at night. Was more Airbnb than B&B

The owner was so helpful and was very quick to answer our questions on line. We worried about getting a taxi back to airport but he ordered one for us, 10/10 . Rooms were super clean, small balcony with an ashtray if required, air conditioning, great bathroom and shower, thank you for great stay.

The lift was temperamental, we were on 4th floor and apart from once we had to walk downstairs, the lift came to the floor but wouldn’t go down when we pressed the button for the ground floor

We had an amazing one-night stay at B&B Depretis 19 on August 14th. Svetlana was a caring and compassionate host and provided helpful information to make our first adventure to Italy one to remember. The website photos are accurate. Our room was lovely with an amazing view. It was impeccably clean and well appointed. We would absolutely return to this gem of a property. Thank you!

We loved everything - the only small challenge we had was finding it!

This might be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was sparkling. And they had the BEST pillow. I was sleeping like a baby, it was so comfortable! (I feel silly commenting on it, but I have serious regrets over not checking the brand before I left). The location was great - super walkable to many top locations. Easy check in, friendly hostess. In all, a really nice experience. Would definitely visit again.

No complaints!

I stayed with my girlfriend for 3 nights, very modern and easy check in, even without meeting any person we were able to enter the B&B because of the automation. Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from central station and close to all the main areas of naples. Apartment clean and equipped with the necessary for a short stay

only possible improvement, the possibility of breakfast inside the structure would be appreciated

We loved B&B Depretis 19, as soon as we walked into the lobby - from the quirky lift, the extremely comfortable bed, the clean and stylish room, the waterfall shower and the cosy duvet. Ernesto (hopefully correct spelling) made accessing the property stress free, all the information for the room and the keys, were in an envelope on his desk in the foyer, along with vouchers for breakfast! He advised us on places to visit, booked our taxi for the airport and suggested we tried sfogliata yummy!! The room was cleaned daily, by very friendly, lovely ladies. With the keys was a device to use the quirky lift for free! Breakfast was a treat at the Gran Caffe Pascucci where chocolate filled croissants were our favourite - it was a joy to start the day here. B&B Depretis 19 was in a good location to explore Naples and beyond from!

There wasn’t anything not to like!

Our host was wonderful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Even though it's on a busy street the sound is blocked very well so we slept in. It's in a good location and easy to access from trains and port. The shower was particularly awesome - it has a rain shower as well as a high pressure detached handle. The room felt secure as there is a doorman, an exterior locked door, a door to the lobby, and then a room door.
