Our stay was great. The room was a good size and the view from the balcony 👌 we enjoyed spending an hour or so on Saturday night just sitting out there and watching the goings on of a busy Naples Saturday night. Our host was very friendly and tried to show is on the map different places of interest. Whilst we didn't eat breakfast there, the supplies for breakfast were plentiful.

The fridge in the room didn't work despite us being told it did, however it made a very handy bedside table. I think I had read in a previous review about the noisy bed and disregarded it. Well that was my mistake. Every time you moved the timbers squeaked. It would be good if this was looked at for future guests. Not good if you are a light and restless sleeper.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Great communication. Very good location in the historic area and our room was exactly as described. The view through to the port from the balcony is nice, especially at night. Breakfast included was very basic but we had our breakfast out anyway. The area was quiet apart from the traffic. No worries walking around at night, a safe neighbourhood. We walked most places and loved our stay very much.

Great location. Comfortable room with a balcony. Room to sit in the breakfast area, also with a balcony to sit a night and enjoy a quiet drink.

Location is excellent and the room exceeded our expectations ! Very big, in our room, called Eduardo, you have a balcony facing Piazza Universita. It might feel a bit loud but we were so tired after all day about that we fall asleep without any issues. And it's Naples, of course it's loud.

I enjoyed everything ! Yes, you have to pay 20 cents to get into the elevator but there is a box in reception with plenty of 20 cents coins that you can use during the day if you do not want to take the stairs (it's a third floor).

Great location- very close to the sea, to the subway, old town and all cool attractions. We enjoyed having a fresh coffee every morning at this hotel. Room was spacious, view was nice. Everything worked. WiFi for working remotely was reliable.

Mattress could be better and shower could have some renovation. Also be prepared to walk upstairs two floors or have coins (20 cents) to pay for the elevator. The rest was really great.

This property was great for me as a solo traveller. The location was spot on, close walking distance to most places and transport links to move around the city with ease. The host was brilliant, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout stay.

If I had to change anything, it would be the breakfast as it is very basic. But not a huge issue as I was able to explore the city for some cute breakfast spots.

Location is great and one can reach many historical places by walk. Cristian is very kind and always ready to help. He gave many valuable tipps for dinner and lunch. The rooms are very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Napul’art.

Nothing. Only thing is that wifi is sometimes really slow in the rooms.

We got a really spacious room with a distant view to the sea and Vesuvius. Also, it had a little balcony. Amazing B&B design, really artistic and classical. There was a little kitchen (well equipped) and a fridge which you can use any time of the day. The location was good.

Breakfast was really light, like cookies, toasts, and jam. Also coffee, tea, milk. Also, if one takes a shower, you have to wait about 10 minutes for hot water to come again. Another downside is that you can hear sounds from the street pretty loud.

Excellent location, the hotel has lot of charm, the room was huge and the view of authentic building and main square was great. Free access to kitchen and self service anytime is very convenient, no need to worry about the breakfast times. The host was friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this place.

2nd floor with no lift, pack light luggage and you’ll be fine.

the apartment is in a really good location, 5 min walk from the centre. was a little difficult to understand how to open the building gate, but when you get it everything is good. not really a breakfast, don’t count on it. but overall it was perfect. the owner is really nice and ready to help at any time. we really in joyed it.

We got a spacious room, with a small balcony, but very noisy. The location is great, close to lots of pizzerias, trattorias, bars. By walking, in 20 minutes you are in Napoli Centrale. Apartments are beautiful with a nice design, authentic and unique.

Breakfast is very lite. Some cookies, croissants, jam and tea. Coffee was acceptable. The street is really noisy, so you better take your ear plugs with you if you have problems with the noise.
