The host was nice and helpful, he gave us tips about the city, asked us about breakfast preferences and was quick to help us when in need The location was great, we felt safe and we could walk to the main interest points in the city The room was like in the photos, it was clean. At first glance, the room looks very simple. However: - The TV in the room is a Smart TV. So I could just login to my Netflix account and I felt as if I was home. - There is a socket next to the bed, one regular socket and one USB socket, which meant I could charge both my phone and my power bank over night. - The bathroom is comfortable. There is a normal place to put your own toiletries inside the shower. - Mattia the host made all the effort for us. When he realized my son was not eating his breakfast he was proactive, reached out to me over WhatsApp and together we tried (and finally succeeded) to make changes to breakfast so my son would eat. - The location is great. There is a metro station in the corner, an excellent gelateria downstairs, the historic center is a 5 minutes walk, the Spanish quarter is 10 minutes walk and so is the port. It is located in a traditional Italian building which is really nice.

- The safe don't fit a laptop.

Decent location. I had considered the Universitat metro station for my commute but unfortunately it was closed for repairs. Bus station is also right in front of the building. Bathroom was clean with modern fittings. It is located in a residential apartment building so is nice and quiet. I am personally not the biggest fan of the in-room breakfast but they have a few options in it for the people who are okay with it.

There was some communication gap between the property manager which resulted in a somewhat bumpy check-in for me as it does not have 24/7 reception. The room carpet could've been cleaner. The water in the bathroom took some running until it reached the required temperature.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the commuting convenience it offered was outstanding. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options. The management staff impressed me with their responsible and attentive service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel well taken care of. Moreover, the hotel's interior environment was impeccably clean. The rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were spotless. I truly appreciated the dedication to cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, thanks to the convenient commuting location, responsible management staff, and pristine cleanliness of the interior.

Great location, easy to get to by metro from the main train station. Surprisingly quiet inside, given the everyday noise of Naples. Very friendly & helpful staff with lots of suggestions on what to see & how to get around (including how to get across the street without incident). Great to find a kettle & tea bags in the room and an abundant breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this B&B & would happily stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the perfume of the room freshener or cleaning products used. Just a bit too strong but easily solved by opening the window.

The location is great, walking distance from Universita subway Station (2 mins) and only 10 minutes to Toledo street. Everything is very clean and modern. The room is cleaned and tieded up everyday. I loved the tiny table set by the window where we got water bottles, tea, little jams and Nutella. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, simple and more than enough! The bed isi very comfortable and you have everything you need. The stay was fabulous!

The location was great, close to the Napoli Centrale. The staff was super nice and lovely. The access to the room very easy, the room was clean and the breakfast in the room was nice :)

The bathroom of our room had a very strong bad smell. We thought that the smell would eventually leave but it never did. It was like something regarding the pipes or something because everything seemed clean. Other than that everything was great.

Great location, safe, big rooms, fast internet, very clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. The host Mattia was very kind to us and when we arrived he spent 2-3 hours explaining to us what we should visit in the city of Naples, organizing tours for us and finding us tickets to Mount Vesuvius. He arranged transportation for us to the airport, and was available on WhatsApp the whole time. Thanks Mattia!

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and fresh, served in the room according to our preferences. The location is super great, minutes walk from everything and right next to the university metro station. Other than that, we must thank Mattia, for providing us with a really exceptional experience. Helping us with every question and fulfilling every wish we had.
