Location was ok, central, however not sure if the area was very safe. Room comfortable. Tea, coffee, drinks and snacks in room was a nice touch. Had a central kitchenette, but was not in use due to COVID restrictions. Staff were nice. 4 locks to finally get to room made me feel secure.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in room. Think it was coming from another room. Was awful and would be enough not to want to return.

The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a nice touch. The bed was great, airconditioning was a saving grace, and the communication was clear and easy. We loved the big room especially, and they were available to clean and change the linen whenever we needed it.

We booked this room specifically to be able to cook (we stayed for 7 nights) but unfortunately some of the kitchen appliances were out of order. No problem for us though, Napoli has great restaurants... :)

The B+B is perfectly located 2 minutes from central train/metro station. It is a large flat with shared kitchen/dining area, each room is equipped with a shower, A/C and TV. Plenty of towels. We had a room facing the backyard, with a tiny balcony and glimpse on the Vesuvius. Giuseppe was very nice and helpful, spoke very good English. Breakfast (coffee + croissant) was served in a café right outside the house. I would book this B+B again

The beds and pillows had seen better days. Consider this not a "con" but merely an improvement suggestion. After all, after walking all day through Pompeii under the baking sun, you would sleep like the dead regardless, right?

Definitely recommend. Great price & excellent location 5 min walk from station with plenty cafes, restaurants to choose from. Perfect location to visit the sights of Naples , Pompei & Herculanium with close proximity to the train station. We spent 3 nights here. Good friendly host & staff, gave us information about where else we could visit in Naples. How to get there & also provided a handy printed map. We had an appt room with small kitchenette, with a balcony view of Vesuvius in the distance. Bed clean & comfortable. Quiet at night too. Breakfast is provided by the cafe downstairs with a choice of pastries and excellent coffee. Recommend the cream crossiants fabulous, put us on for the day!

I've seen some bad reviews before travelling to the b&b but I have to say it was so clean, staff where lovely and the location was very good. The building itself is old like the majority of the buildings in Napoli, but very clean and unlike one review I seen. The building does not shake when a car goes past. Excellent location if you want to travel around. Some lovely restaurants around the corner and the bar downstairs is great for a drink or crossaint & coffee in the morning. You get tokens for breakfast or the shops on the street sell lovely bread and meat. Spacious room and it had a small kitchen and fridge which was so great for a long stay. Take the R2 bus to Medina from Garibaldi which isn't far and you'll see some amazing historical buildings. You can also get a boat from the port. Definitely recommend travelling to Ischia or take a day trip to Rome on the train which is only a few minutes walk from the b&b. Then enjoy the air con when you travel back to the b&b, definitely a plus. Overall excellent value for money, staff are very accommodating especially considering our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. Loved that they communicated with us via WHATSAPP.

I don't think the washing machine works but that was fine, there is a laundromat around the corner only 4 euro for a wash and clothes dry very quickly on the balcony.

Everything was fine, breakfast is typically Italian, something sweet and a coffee to go. Nothing special, but breakfast is not a high celebrated meal here anyway:)

Location - walking distance from the historic centre and main station. Very near the Circumvesuviana terminus Nolana meant that we could get on the train before the crowds getting on at the main station. Breakfast in the cafe next door was convenient but simple - one croissant and coffee.

Up several flights of stairs. One of the locks to the property was difficult to open.

The staff is really helpful and pleasant to interact with. Nearing our arrival time, I was contacted by the staff member in order to arrange check-in procedure. They were also really helpful with arranging the trip to the Capri Island, as they've provided me with all of the necessary info for the booking of the transportation.

Perfect location for the main station and getting the shuttle bus to the airport. A five minute walk. A good location to visit the sights of Naples The the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the location was very quiet Breakfast is provided by the cafe with great pastries and excellent coffee There are coffee makings in the room and a small kitchenette for warming snacks etc is available in the dining area
