The Five Rooms Napoli0

Five Rooms was a wonderful place to stay. It is a two minute walk from Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi station, so it was very convenient for us as we arrived from Rome by train and as we took the train to Pompeii the next day. We worried that the area around the station would be too seedy but actually found the neighborhood quite comfortable, with several good restaurants nearby. The best surprise was that the Centro Storico was within a ten minute walk, which we did in both daytime and night and felt perfectly safe. Additionally, the property is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor terrace for having a drink and enjoying the bustle of the city. The property has a lift, though it is accessed by about eight steps, so not for those who can't carry a bag up half a flight of stairs. Our hostess, one of the owners, even offered to post our postcards for us, as we struggled to find stamps. 10/10 great stay. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Naples, whether for a short or long time, especially if you have train travel. Such a pleasant stay.

When arriving, look for a very small sign that says The Five Rooms - it's easy to miss, and the door to the building makes it look pretty seedy. Fear not - the hotel is absolutely lovely. Find The Five Rooms on the call panel by the door and ring it - someone will come down to meet you.

Alfredo was super nice and helpful. He was super kind to call a taxi for me early morning, even though he was not at the Hotel and we communicated via Booking.com message. The hotel and room exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a residential/commercial building literally in the square. In a minute you are inside the station. I have chosen this hotel because of that and it was just for one night, If you really want to stay beside the station and this would be very convenient, so this hotel is for you. The square is dirty, noisy and dangerous. Again, the hotel is very good, amazing staff!

Wonderful stay. Great communication with Alfredo. Our flight to Napoli was delayed and we didnt check in until 12.30am. Alfredo stayed up to check us in which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillows and great shower. Breakfast was continental and just right. The alfresco terrace area provided relaxation and great views. We only stayed the night and Alfredo gave us a late check out whilst we waited for our transportation. Again, grratly appreciated. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Highly recommend The Five Rooms for your stay in Napoli. We will definitely stay again and for a little longer next time. Thank you again Alfredo. You are a wonderful host.

Rooms very modern and very clean. Very close to Naples Central station and the bus that runs to airport. We had late flights but owner was there to meet us. we were allowed to leave our cases due to evening flight home despite the lady not being too happy when we asked. Staff are not on site all the time. Breakfast was enough, cold meats, pastries, cereal, yoghurts, fruit etc. Toaster available. Tea and coffee and juices also. Guest house inside a building but able to find it and there is a lift as it is on 4th floor.

There is a fridge in reception so you can have cold drinks that you pay for. However we would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee in room. We were unable to have hot drink after being out and would rather not have to go back out in search of a hot drink.

the location is wonderful and not even 10 minute walk to the train station. spotless and gorgeous. The rooms are perfectly appointed with storage, great bedding and a even a stool to use in the shower. Alfredo was kind thoughtful and so relaxed. There is an incredible rooftop terrace for the evening to relax, beer and wine are for sale and cheaper than the bars. great breakfast selection with fresh croissants.

Perfectly situated to visit all the delights of Campania, whether you like the archaeology of Pompeii or Herculaneum or watching the beautiful people at Positano, this Hotel makes it all so easy. Only five rooms - breakfast is a joy and the gorgeous terrace overlooking Piazza Garibaldi the perfect spot for an Aperol.

We couldn't find any faults - just loved it.

Service was amazing. Location was great and rooms / bathrooms were top notch. Breakfast/ espresso was delicious as well. I will be back!

I liked that it was very clean, felt comfortable and safe within the building, and was close to the main transition which was convenient for us. They had a nice balcony to lounge on. And had a good breakfast.

The services were slightly confusing on what was complementary and what was not. Nothing terrible just needs to be clarified. 

Firstly Alfredo is exceptional! He is a measure to deal with and is happy to assist with anything you need. The B&B itself is very lovely & very clean. A 2 minute walk to the train station which is great if you're wanting to travel to Pompei.

The area surrounding is not the best but has many restaurants & the train close by so no need to venture too far.

Better than expected as compared to the photos. Very clean and neat. The rooms are large and the staff was very helpful. Very close to the metro station and the train station. All over a great room and experience.

No sign or board of the hotel on the outside of the building so just a little bit difficult to find at first otherwise everything’s perfect
