Very good location Helpful super nice staff Shared kitchen area with fun snacks and drinks Great for a short stay!

The rooms don’t feel very private, doors are not isolating. The bed wasn’t good enough in our opinion. Breakfast is in a nice caffe very close to the property but offers one hot drink and one sweet pastry per person, juice or other food is additional payment to the bar.

my accommodation was not in the main hotel, but in a branch on the street nearby. This is an old Italian house with an old elevator, which is very immersive in the history of Naples. Room in a flat with 4 rooms and a common kitchen area with kettles, microwave and refrigerator, free coffee and tea. The room is spacious, with a private bathroom, air conditioning. Everything was clean and pleasant. The street is not noisy, there are blinds on the window. Cleaning is impeccable. I want to note the work of the hotel employee - Francesca! A very responsive and attentive girl: extremely detailed instructions for settling in, for hotel services and excellent recommendations for the city and cafes / restaurants. Breakfast in a cafe nearby, modest but tasty. Convenient location from the sights of the city and the port for trips to the islands.

Our room was very beautiful and clean. The spacious balcony was the best part of the room! The location is central. It’s easy to get to the metro station, many fantastic restaurants, and the old town that are within walking distance from this place. Despite the central location, our room was quiet and we didn’t hear any noises from outside. The breakfast bar was lovely as well! We are especially grateful for our host that was very attentive during our stay. He helped us with recommendations and gave detailed answers to all of our questions. Overall, the accommodation was perfect and our host made our experience very special one! We would highly recommend this and we would stay here again if we come to Naples.

Everything worked out perfectly, no issues whatsoever. Our host was very helpful and responsive, so if there were any concerns or questions he always responded immediately.

Just a little bit pricier than maybe it could have been but I guess that’s always the case

The host went out of her way to meet us where our taxi driver dropped us off to make sure we were checked in properly as we arrived on a late flight. The room I booked was for 2 beds, but the second bed ended up being more of a cot added to the room. Still the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The facilities outside of the room are limited and you will be eating your breakfast a short walk away at a local cafe but it was a fun experience to order from a Naples cafe and we enjoyed people watching from the patio.

Just to clarify online what type of beds are being booked as we expected 2 proper beds but it wasn't a huge deal

The Staff are super nice and kind. They answered all our questions and provided recommendations. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. Everything is very organised and they have an easy system to check out or store luggages. They were very helpful and did their best to help us find a last minute place to stay for an extra night.

Everything was perfect. The location was amazing, the room very comfortable and spacious, clean, with a small shared space to make us feel at home where we could have a cup of coffee or tea with a cookie, water bottles available for us.. Just perfect. The breakfast was at a lovely bar just around the corner with tasty Italian pastry and a coffee or juice or.. I don't remember anymore but there was quite a variety. And the best was our host Francesca who made everything so easy for us. We followed her recommendations and we had the most amazing time. Thank you Francesca, you are the best!

Francesco was super helpful he helped us with the bags, list of things to do, called us a cab at 5 am, and also helped us when we lost something and had departed! the property is 2 min walk from the Duomo station, it’s clean, the bed is comfortable, the place is not cramped for 3 people, the coffee shop down is cute! free water dispenser!

Francesca the owner has in contact with us before arrival to arrange our midnight checkin. She has supported us very much in all aspects and has fulfilled all our requests. The room location is perfect and very close to the old city attractions. The room is very clean , renewed and is maintained very well. The room is equipped all the time with coffee, tea and toasts +jam. Very recommended B&B place in Napoli
