very good location, just off the main road but extremely quiet street. 20 min walk to the Napoli centrali or the port. Rosanna, the host, was very accommodating. coffee and breakfast await every morning before we set off for the day.

the doors that connect to the common area/ kitchen and the walls between rooms are quite thin so you can hear talking/ noise. however the other guests were respectful and there was no problem. If you’re sensitive to noise you can wear earplugs to sleep to avoid being woken up in the morning by noise in the kitchen/ other rooms but at night you won’t be able to hear the traffic because of the quiet location.

Great position, easy to get out and have a drink and food all close by. Only 20 minute walk to train station. The host was very kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. the room was spotless. I don’t normally eat cake for breakfast but it was warm and homemade and beautiful. We arrived around 10 and although we could get in the building you need a fob for the lift, with help from a couple staying we got into the B and B using the electronic system. Once we informed the host we were there she quickly came to give us keys and the lift fob. I would recommend staying here for location. cleanliness and the good value for money.

This is a hidden gem in Naples. It is right next to the biggest university - so handy for staff, parents, students. It is in a quiet, local cul-de-sac (side street) off the main bustling port and tourist areas. Property is spacious, spotlessly clean, has its own balcony, excellent air con and is fantastic value

Nothing - only that guests should bear in mind it is a B&B and so a little care is needed finding the door buzzer and way up in lift. There is no reception desk as in hotels etc.

Location is everything. This property is literally 1 minute from Corso Umberto which is the hub of Naples city centre. It is right in the heart of the shopping district and during the day the place was alive with coffee shops. At night there were many places to choose from for something to eat or drink. The property itself has a lot of character as indeed does the hostess Rosanna. The room was small but spotlessly clean. It had air conditioning. The bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was also spotless. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 and was most enjoyable. Great value for money.

Nothing to dislike. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. However, it has character in abundance and is an ideal place for a short stay. Again, top marks for cleanliness.

The staff was really friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We were located close to public transportation and lots of great restaurants. The provided breakfast was also really tasty! The room was really nice with a wonderful balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location was great, on the edge of the historic centre. The room was small but adequate for a short stay, and had a juliet balcony. There were plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the property.

The breakfast was basic and the dining room was tiny, making the experience a little claustrophobic with 2 people in there serving the food.

Rosanna was an excellent host, welcoming us with a cup of hot tea before doing the check in. The location of the B&B is perfect to explore Naples by walking, directly at Centro Storico. Despite the location, it is very quiet. When it was time to leave, we could store our backpacks at the reception and when we came by to pick them up, it was time for another cup of hot beverages, good chats and a warm goodbye.

The place is very good located and in the quite area like for centro storico. The owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast gluten free was not a problem which was great. Owner event cooked gluten free cake for us which was very,very nice :-)) Coffee with breakfast was great. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day (we spend 3 nights there). Great place to stay!

Simple B&B where the host goes the extra mile to ensure that the guests are satisfied. The location is at the edge of the historic center, breakfast is what you'd get as an honored guest in an Italian home, with coffee from a stovetop mokka, and generous portions of food. With a small number of rooms, service has a personalized feel. Air conditioner blows cold

Those looking for a front desk staffed around the clock and thick hotel walls might be happier elsewhere. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, unless you specify otherwise, and the soaps/shampoo are in large, environmentally-friendlier containers.

The B&B is positioned in a very good location, near the port, the historical center and the central station, but the area is very quiet in the evenings, so you can sleep ok. The rooms are comfy, cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good. Rosanna is the perfect host, alongside with her daughter Valeria. They helped with everything we needed and also gave us a day tour to beautiful Procida Island. It was amaizing. I highly recommend the location and the people there. When I return to Naples, I will definetly stay at Federico.
