Hotel Sant'Eligio

The team does a great work in keeping the place clean and helping you out whenever you need. They always smile at you and have a nice sense of service. Location is 15-20min from central station, with supermarket, café, osterias and pizzerias close by. There are lockers. There's a big terrace where you can have lunch or hang out with friends.

The place is being renovated so I would suggest a better waiting/lounge area, since it's really not inviting and it feels cold and improvised. I noticed we were some guests working on our computer there and it would be highly appreciated for anyone waiting for their room to be ready, working, planning the next step of their trip, etc. There is no soap in the toilets. Although we are given a key to our dorm, the rooms are never locked up so basically anyone can get inside and do uncool stuff. Nothing bad happened during my stay but the feeling was there.

Much better than I assumed it would be based on pictures and reviews. 6 bed dorm, comfy (for a hostel) bed. Plenty of plug sockets, air con in the room. Ensuite bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Was quiet, which suited me perfectly, if you're looking for communal events& socialising maybe not the best place for it

Only accepts cash which is not stated anywhere on booking. Please make this clear. Ensuite bathroom, my only complaint, I just don't like them, noisy when trying to sleep and people are using it and also means you only have one bathroom available rather than many when in communal corridor.

Perfect location with an incredible team to give you support! I stayed for two days and got all the information I needed to get to know all about the city and the region. I managed to find also amazing people with whom I was able to have a great time at Naples. Strongly recommend, the location is the central and most important point about this hostel.

Don't know very much how to talk about the room because it was my first time in a hostel. I really loved the bed and they have air conditioner and hot water in the bedroom.

The location was so good it was near to the centre of the city, the girl in the reception was amazing she was so kind and help me a lot and the room was so clean and we had a big bathroom in the room as well it was very nice experience I will go there again special to meet her. It was close to Metro just 3 minutes walk. The reception girl gave us a free bottles of wine particularly native to Napoli. Even I could store my luggage before and after check-out in the deposit for free.

Comfortable beds with blankets and sheets provided. Lovely staff who gave recommendations for places to eat and visit Easy check in and out Nice social vibe in rooms Good location to walk to attractions/restaurants/popular areas. 2 minutes from the metro (Naples metro system is very good)

Bunks on the smaller side (If you are tall, you won't be able to sit up) No lockers in rooms but also the hostel is safe so no need for these

The staff are most helpful, friendly, and outgoing, and good at troubleshooting booking challenges. The location is ideal for walking into the Centro Storico and the Borgo Oreficie. The WiFi works well downstairs if you need to work from here. The rooftop terrace is a great amenity.

More silverware and plates available next to the microwave, stronger WiFi on the terrace.

The location of the hostel is pretty decent, near the famous pizzeria Da Michele (a must visit place in the city). The room was small but comfortable, wifi worked well. The toilet and bathroom were clean. In reception you will be charged 5 EUR for the keys which will be returned upon check out (even at 6am when i left).

There was no plug near my bed. No towels provided.

Really nice roof for excercise or breakfast or party (just it closes at 0:00). Bathroom was good with all you need, climatization properly working. Noce receptionists. Restaurant and ATM very close.

The chair in the room was not stable - breaking under me. Otherwise great accomodation.

Great air conditioning in the hot summer! Friendly staff with a 24hr reception which was awesome! Spotless rooms and ensuite bathrooms which were cleaned spotless every day. Great stay- would come back!

Bunks didn’t have top rails and no lockers in rooms

The property is in a great location, close to everything yet in a quieter part of town. It's a very communal hostel and very easy to meet people.

Next to a church that has church bell ringing all through the night. Room gets very hot as no aircon and fan doesn't do much.
