The included breakfast was a collection of snacks and pastries left in the room, along with juice boxes, milk, and coffee sachets - all of it was really nice. There was also a kitchenette available to be used, including a fridge, which was really helpful. It was very easy to reach the staff through whatsapp, and their information on how to self check in was very clear. Only a six minute walk to the central station, so very easy to get shuttle bus to airport/ explore surrounding areas by train!

The flat is on the fifth floor, and the lift only works with 20 cent coins - they provided two with check in, but definitely make sure to have plenty as it's a LOT of stairs if you forget. The surrounding area didn't feel the most safe, but couldn't have been more convenient for travelling to the station, so it was worth it for us.

inside is clean with modern facilities , location is central but the environment outside is not too nice.

Breakfast is poor not a lot to choose from, just pastries and coffee.

We stayed at Mami B&B for our 2 nights in Naples. The apartment was a €20 taxi from Naples Airport and easy to find. Please be sure to check price with the driver at the airport before getting in the taxi. Antonio sent us very detailed instructions for self check-in via WhatsApp and we didn’t have any problems with accessing the apartment following these instructions. The apartment is accessible via an elevator but the elevator is operated by 20 cent coin. Antonio provided us with one along with our keys but be mindful you will need a few more if you wish to use the elevator multi times during your stay. The building is a beautiful old Italian building you would expect. The entrance and apartment itself is clean and tidy and spacious. There is a small shared kitchen but I have little to stay about this as we did not use. It looked clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom modern with good shower pressure / water temperature, and a small balcony. The air conditioning was excellent and a modern good sized tv in the room which can we watched from comfort of the bed. Train and metro station very close. Breakfast served in cafe nearby was delicious.

The owner was incredibly supportive, the video he sent explaining the self check in was super clear. The mattress was of good quality, the room was very clean and well decorated. It was very central. Despite the street can be very busy during the day, it didn't seem dangerous at night.

The building itself is old and not that clean but the apartment is a different reality inside this scene. As the room is in the last floor, it is very hot. The owner told us the air conditioning was brand new but we struggled a little bit to cold the room. Anyway the owner was very supportive hiring a technician to fix it.

Everything is very clean, u have everything u need there. Ac/ fridge/ nice shower/ nice towels/ clean sheets. Antonio is just great, he helped with every info. I was a solo femele traveler and i Felt very safe At this place . I would definitely return here.

Bad neighbour. However, Even if i was alone, I had no problems. You just have to be extra careful with belongings, Otherwise no problems. Nothing to complain for the property itself.

Everything was perfect, Antonio was so helpful, and helped us whenever we needed via whatsapp. He also recommended some excellent places to eat and drink. The breakfast was a short walk away at a local cafe, it was delicious and served by friendly staff. The room itself was clean and well air-conditioned it also had towels and bottles of water which was helpful for us. I would recommend this b&b to anybody coming to visit Naples!!

We were a little intimidated by the area at first but we got used to it quickly and were able to get taxis easily by walking two minutes down the road to the central station.

The house was so comfortable, clear and you had everything you want to stay for some days in Napoli . It was so close to the metro and central train station , 5 minutes walking. Antonio the owner was so friendly, polite and gave us all the important informations for the self check-in and the easy way to find the house and the room . Near to the house there are markets and restaurants to buy and eat everything that you will need.

Overall great stay. It was our final night in Naples and we chose to stay near to the train station so we could get the shuttle bus early in the morning. This place offers self check in which Antonio sent instructions for and it's was very easy. The appartment is very clean, new and modern with everything you need, it really feels like a hotel when your in your room. The bed was so super comfortable it was a shame to get up in the morning, I really wanted to just stay in bed. Antonio is so helpful and is available to answer any questions and he does so very quickly. The location is great as you are literally 2 minutes from the central station and it is about a 15 min walk to where all the good restaurants are. I would recommend staying here 100%.

From the hall way you can hear quite alot of noise when others come in but it isn't too bad as it's only when people are in the hallway, once in the rooms it's very quiet.

We loved the whole room. It was very clean and pretty! Even the bathroom was clean and rigged. The room was equipped with a lot of towels. And the food for breakfast was also great.

I would mention the TV because I wasn’t able to connect it to the wifi, but it’s not a big issue. And also if you don’t exchange 0.20 cents you have to go all the way to the 5th floor, but again not an issue!

Impeccably designed, immaculately cleaned, wonderfully comfortable bed, you can tell that every effort was taken to make this a truly next-level stay! Very convenient to arrive and leave by train and plenty of car rent locations nearby. Great value for money! The best stay we had during our entire trip in Italy.

The location is the tiniest bit sketchy, and the elevator does cost a few cents. Not enough to even put a dent in the quality of the stay!
