The two hosts were here to greet us after we sent them a message to say we were arriving. They were very reactive. Then they came down to put a coin in the elevator for us so that we could take the luggages up. It was very nice. I’ve been in a few places in Naples and usually the rooms are very noisy (street noise) making it tough to sleep. This one we could barely hear the noise from outside! Quite a great surprise! However we could hear the other guests talking in their room and alarm the morning. The room and bathroom were SUPER CLEAN and renovated. Again for our departure we didn’t have coins and the host ran to put a coin for us. So sweet. Thank you SO much. I can only recommend HIGHLY that place!!!

Shower change temperature from hot to cold after a while. If other guests shower at the same time I noticed the pressure is not the same.

Location, room, the staff, room service and cleanliness. Great location, very near to the central station (less than 5 min walking) where you can visit all Napoli Sites by Metro. Not difficult to find. Next to it, many restaurants and coffee shops. Moreover, one supermarket is 3 min by foot. The owners Laeticia and Pietro are very kind. They are ready to assist you for everything you need. The room is big enough with TV, A/C, fridge ... bathroom amenities are available and the mattress/pillows are very comfy. Tips: From the airport take the Ali Bus it stops at the Central Station and you walk your way to the hotel

We made a long trip in Italy so we wanted to stay in a budget friendly place in Naples. Thus I chose this place. Our stay here was better than I thought. The room was super clean. The lady was helpful and kind. I usually ask for extra towels, but here there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Another thing we liked was the extra plates, cups, trays and tea section in the hallway for visitors. The location was also practical for us, just a few minutes away from the train station.

The main thing we didn't like was the neighborhood of the hotel. It looked very dirty. About the room I can only say that the beds were not comfortable, otherwise everyting was okay.

The building is in a very central location and the transfer from/to the airport is very easy. Good shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Very clean and beautiful room in general. Very polite staff.

One negative thing is the elevator. The room is at the 3rd floor and in order to use the elevator you need a special key (that is only given after check-in) and 0,20 euros to pay! Still, most building don't even have an elevator, so it is not that bad! Also, check-out is in fact 10.30 rather than 11.00, that was mentioned in the hotel info (even after further request).

Very kind service! The owner and his wife and the cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. The room was more better than on the pictures. Very clean bed and room. The bathroom was clean and new! The breakfast arrived the room every afternoon. It was fully enough for two person, but just sweet things. The train/bus/metro station and the famous bakery was close to the accommodation. And the nice busy street was just 30 minutes by walk.

Its location is not friendly. Very dirty streets, strange people day and night, many homeless people. But maybe it was worth it because everything is close.

The location of the building is very good, close to the station for easy trips to Pompeii, Sorrento, or even to Rome. The room and bathroom were very good and included a fridge and a kettle. The staff are very nice and give a warm welcome.

Unfortunately the area around Naples station isn't the best with a lot of homeless people, but it didn't feel unsafe and shouldn't put you off considering this accommodation.

The location was 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale train station. The hosts were VERY accomodating. We had a late flight get delayed for 2 hours and they allowed us to check in late at 1:30am. The lift cost 20c but the hosts were lovely and gave us 20c to use it in the morning.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else was great.

Amazing spot in the middle of Naples that is very close to the Central station stop for AliBus from the airport. Perfect for backpackers / groups of 3. Wi-Fi was great tok & lovely view from the room of 3.

But difficult to find- you have to go into a little door but super cute and quaint! Once you find it it’s easy to locate again!

The so called breakfast is that they give you a kettle and some muffins and you neef to prepare it b y yourself. I opted to go outside and have a proper breakfast in a coffee house

The building is strange and old, the crew is almost never here, some other visitors entered after midnight and you can hear everything

Very well equipped room. Excellent response from owner. Daily cleaning of room. Located near central railway station which made transport easy when needed. Breakfast available the night before to have in the room. Owner helpful when we needed to store our luggage after checking out.
