Absolutely Stunning condominium, only steps away from the central train station. The owners Annalise & Barbara, were amazing, so helpful, and communicated very well with us during our stay. This room has everything you may need and more. We loved watching Netflix and felt right at home!

The location was a bit seedy but felt safe enough. Not a good representation of Naples. Our key did not open the main green door, so we couldnt get back in, each time we left. That was very inconvenient! Must leave a €100 security deposit (an added cost we didnt expect)

Lovely room and the owners/managers are very responsive over WhatsApp. The bed was incredibly comfy which is what you need on a stay like this. Although it’s in a busy area, the windows are incredibly good at blocking outside noise. The air con was a dream in the hot weather also. TV had all the apps you’d need and the bathroom was very nice. Great place overall. Just a stones throw away from the bus service that takes you to the airport as well (which is why I stayed here).

It took me a while to figure out how to get through the main front door (you have to phone a number and the door will automatically unlock - I’ve never experienced that before!). Not a bad thing, just made it a little harder.

The property is located right next to Napoli Centrale (main train station) and Garibaldi m/s. It was very convenient to stay there and move around. Seems a bit not safe are but it is really safe. The suite was totally new renovated. There was a coffee machine provided and 2 complimentary bottles of water.

Check-out time was too early (9:30am). There room didn't have a balcony or something where you could dry some clothes. Would be nice if some cheap pair of slippers would be provided. There is not a kettle for preparing tea. The coffee machine or microwave was not so comfortable for heating water.

Garibaldi Station environs aren't the most salubrious part of Naples but as most of our touring involved getting a train, sometimes early, being close to the station in a nice place was perfect for us. There were surprisingly few beggars around the station & none of them were aggressive. The station was renovated 12 years ago & is clean & well run. There are good coffee & snack bars in the station & there are good restaurants in Piazza Garibaldi just outside the station. Annalisa & Barbara at Vesucharme Luxury Suites were attentive & responded with grace to all of our requests. The suite is air-conditioned, has a large bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven etc. The wi-fi worked flawlessly. I'd be happy to stay there again..

The suite is on the 3rd floor & the lift is tiny. It has a maximum capacity of 2 but a fat person with luggage would fill it. The lift was being maintained one morning & we had to walk down 3 floors.

The room is very conveniently located next to the central train station, which is a very good location when you wish to travel outside of Napoli. For a longer stay, the area is a typical central station area, does not feel very safe and the main attractions are a bit far, approx. 30 mins walking. The owners of the property are very nice, quick to respond and were even available at 1.30 AM, when we arrived and found that our room's smart lock, which is meant for independent check-in, did not work and we couldn't get into the room.

It would have been nice to have an iron in the room, but that is only a minor detail. Everything else was very good.

Cleanliness, location (just a few steps to the train station, metro and Piazza Garibaldi with lots of eating options)

check-out at 9:30 is the earliest ever check-out time I have ever encounted (and I travel quite often)

The cleanness, the comfort and the service. The charming host is really 24/7 availeble by whats app. Every question, no matter what subject, was responded so quickly and usefull. As I have discovered not many people do speak English quet well, Barbara was always there for us to be our translator. She called the pharmacy and garage as well. It was such a releaf that she had our back. Hospitality is really a serious business to her and i look forward to go back again. Maybe at christmastime as she mentioned.

Nothing, it was perfectly organized

The room was lovely, clean, and modern. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, even late at night.

I had some issues with entering the property. It turned out I was missing some quite essential information to enter the building. I arrived late at night so was lucky that the host was still awake to help. However, clearer instructions upfront would’ve saved se stress. Still, the hosts were lovely at helping me figure it all out in a call.

Very close to train station which was convenient for us. Clear communication and easy to find and access. Was at first a little worried about noise but once the windows were closed it was virtually silent which was fantastic. Towels provided were great and good coffee too.

Sheets on the bed had some holes, need replacing.

Excellent location, very good modern rooms, absolutely clean and very accessible. It was a exceptional value for money considering the competition nearby and must check for all looking to stay neat the napoli station for day tours. Should expand soon to give more booking days.
