The room and the entire place was clean and newly renovated. The bathroom is extern but it was just for us, because we received a key for that. A bit trouble every time to open and close the bathroom, especially if you need to use it during the night, but it was mentioned when I booked and I think it has to do with the structure of the building. Thank you very much to the owners!
The location I didn't find it that safe, but for that nobody is guilty, because the whole area near train station is a bit unsafe. The train station is really close so that's convenient.

The host is very polite and informative, the location is convenient to train station and airport, the entrance hall is big, although it is a share b&b, the kitchen is clean and had Washing Machine, our room not same as photo, it's a bit small but the air-conditioning is working great, 4 drinking water and some coffee provided
Kitchen no air-conditioning, the bedding needs a deep clean, we found hair on the pillow, not sure if they changed every time, my son had few bit on the back, hope they will improve the cleaning

We were welcomed with kindness at the airport. Giuseppe took our bags at the airport, drove all the way to the hotel, he explained us everything in the hotel, unpacked one bed, it was late at night and he was very patient and took care of us. I highly recommend the hotel, very clean, well situated, all amenities. Exceptional staff! Thank you very much!!!

The location was fantastic, near all transport stations in Naples. Also restaurants are just a small walk away. The room was clean, spacious and tidy, bed comfortable with a much needed ac for the summers.
