This property is well located close to the central station and on the edge of the city centre. It is excellent value for the money charged. The host is friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The room is simple and basic - you get what you pay for! It was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is self service - the kitchen is well equipped and pastries are provided. I was able to leave my luggage at the property the day I was leaving. The a/c is effective and needed! The shower is good.

Point of caution: the room faces on to a busy street so there is constant street noise. personally it didn't bother me.

Free breakfast was limited so if you’re looking for a full on free breakfast this isn’t the one. However, perfect for what we would normally have anyway. Free coffee, cold water, pastries, fruit and cereal, all you can ask for. The room was exceptionally clean and the aircon worked great. Area was very close to the central station so very easy to get around. The host was extremely helpful over messages. Helped me out with a few very specific questions I had that google couldn’t really provide the answer for. The room felt secure and the building itself is very secure needing two seperate codes to actually get up to the rooms.

Centrally located, self service, easy access, clean, anonymous. Our hair dryer broke and it was effortlessly replaced.

The shower could be fixed and the shower could be cleaner. It would be good if there were some more possibilities to hang up towels in the bathroom. The area around the property is vibrant and very loud. Not possible to sleep with the window open - but that’s not a “problem” that can be solved, it’s simply how it is.

The room was comfortable, clean, big. Not fancy but nice decorated. Very close to the train station and to a couple of cheap and tasty pizzerias. Access to a comon kitchen. The owner, although we didnt meet personally, very helpful and straight to the communication. If we go back to naples (and i hope we do) we would stay again at the place

The single beds are really unconfortable. For a baby maybe isnt so bad but an adult can feel the metal beneath the matress. The only black point of the hotel

The room was clean & comfortable with aircon. The bathroom was modern & clean. The block is very secure and is very convenient for the train station. The breakfast was good, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee all self service which was very helpful for our early departure to the airport. Also easy walking to the Alibus stop for travel to the airport.

Disappointing to have to move rooms when we only had 2 nights there but the staff were helpful and moved our luggage when we were out for the day.

Nice location with quick access to all train/metro routes. Big room with AC and nice view. For the breakfast there would be an idea to have prepared for each room "a package " , and not to leave for the entire group (4 rooms).And as well, the hour when the breakfast was brought was later than initial information (7:30 vs 6:30). Overall , nice place , clean and spacious.

Easy to get to from Napoli Centrale. Good security. Nice restaurant nearby. Rooms well maintained.

As it is a shared kitchen space, Breakfast was good but perhaps adding room numbers or names to pastries would make it easier to know who has paid for breakfast and who hasn’t. seating area had high demand but with not enough room for everyone.

easy to find. and feel secure due to digital security entrance. feel at home because it look an apartment with basic kitchen. its clean n my room is no.2. have a cute balcony facing the main road. the exterior building look old but the room is excellent

clean, beds comfortable, nice,there is a common area with kitchen, the owner managed everything via whatsapp and it was easy going and helpful

the area near the train station is little not safe at night but it’s ok since the apartment near the station so we didn’t need to walk to much to get there

Breakfast was fine, could do with some instructions on how to use the hotplate. worked it out in the end.

Ran out of toilet paper, towels not replaced that we left on floor to be changed.
