Excellent facilities, quiet, premium climate control. Everything looks great and the entire neighborhood is new and has a "fancy" fell. I recommend, it is very nice and you can rest very well. Very nice surprise.

I could spot mold on some locations (kitchen for sure, from splashes form the sink) and there was a smell of mold inside, which I found very uncomfortable at first. But we aired the place out and turned on the wireless climate control and everything was OK.

Great nature arround, rocks and beautiful mountains. You must have a car or other - bus stops are so far away (30-40 minutes on foot). Apartment is in ok condition. Will be better if the owner have better communication support. If you are in trouble - answering late, per weekend - no chance of responding questions at all!! Resort area has no shops etc. You must do food shopping in advance if you planned cook at the apartment.

Communication support and no transportation

We had a really great experience. The location is awesome with a car, the appartment was clean and everything really nice (great view). At arrival we had a really nice welcome and the guy (sorry, don't remember the name) gave us lots of tips.

We just had a slight problem with ants for a cople of days but nothing special.

We stayed at 7.5 apartment (2 bedrooms ap at 1st floor). We enjoyed the terrace. We check-in around 23:00. The apartment is located in an industrial area outside Olbia. The gardens are well maintained. Not a noisy area. We liked the free parking. For the check-in we relied on the Whatsup message received during the day from the reception. We found a clean, spacious apartment (we were 3 adults) with a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds.The sofa bed from the living room was extendable (we did not sleep on it). The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washing machine. Payment was made on the first day of accommodation by bank transfer. The reception were very nice and allowed us to change the ap if we didn't like something. We had no reason to change the ap they offered (7.5).

The apartment was spacious and very bright. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good location.

There could be more dishes in the kitchen.

We were accommodated in a really nice apartment with really cool views. The location/resort itself is very spacious, nice and well administrated on the out side, it is beautiful, even though its immediate surroundings are not touristic at all. We had our car and for us it was perfect positioned to have access everywhere. Enough parking spaces. Staff was very friendly and really helpful, we had a minor issue with the water heater and they responded at 22:00 hours very fast and prompt. The room was very clean when we arrived, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet and relaxing, we really enjoyed our stay there and we are sorry we only got to stay for 4 out of 8 nights for our tour of Sardinia Island.

The room was not cleaned nor trash emptied during our stay there.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful with everything! Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable - the kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities needed. overall, everything was perfect. The view from our balcony was amazing!!

The apartment was very spacious, with an area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a single bed and balcony, the bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and a fully equipped bathroom. The location is far from Olbia, the hotel is in an area near the industrial area. We only went into town because we had rented a car. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and told us which restaurants and bars to visit

Overall we liked everything

It was such a good location. The receptionist is very accommodating. I love the structure of the house

The electricity keeps on malfunctioning. The bathroom is clean but not fully specially the shower because the sliding door is almost broken
