Hotel Moderno

The size of the room is big enough for two people. The bathroom is a bit older but the value for the money is ok. The room was clean and the staff was very polite and professional. The city center is 10-15 minutes walk away. There is a parking that is free. Breakfast is nice - typical Sardinian/Italian - sweet. :)

The only thing missing is chairs/table on the balcony. The balcony is completely empty.

The location is very nice, close to many restaurants by feet. They cleaned the room every day, so no complains about it. All staff were very friendly, specially the ladies organizing the breakfast. Breakfast was also good, options like: cake, croissant, bread, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, yogurt. Air conditioner also worked well in our room. They also have a garage, but you can park in front of the hotel too. Great value!! I recommend it

Nothing. For the price we paid and comparing to the overall price of Olbia, this was really good.

Good room with spacious terrace balcony on the first floor, clean and well made up, and cool with efficient air conditioning. Breakfast (included) was very good indeed with a friendly welcome from the serving staff, including pastries, bread, ham and cheese etc. Location is good with nearby large supermarket, bars etc. It’s just over a mile to walk into town. Bus 2 from the airport runs almost to the end of the street on weekdays, bus 10 then 5 (or vice versa) on weekends is less convenient. Good value if booked early.

Furniture is a little tired. Reception staff were a little surly and the desk has limited opening hours closing mid afternoon with phone numbers on the door to call.

Warm even though at ground floor. Internet ok. Breakfast ok. Parking possible in May at the street right at the hotel. Location - ok - easy to find great gelateria nearby (main street) for ice-cream at 22.00 :) Good pizzeria also within walking distance.

No reception after 1pm. On entrance door WRONG phone number to call someone to learn how to get in (for international calls). Wasted over 30 minutes trying to reach anybody. Finally used the phone no from booking and it worked (one digit more)!!! Coffee - typical 'machine' one... No balcony (ground floor).

Few things in the room need refurbished, but nothing important if you have all of the above.

Rooms are big, toilet as well. Good lighting and ventilation on it.

Breakfast was only patisserie.Then yogurt and cereals. The yogurts are out of refrigeration so imagine every day from 7 to 10 or 1030 until someone eats them. In fact I choose one and and it was bad.

Great for the value. I walked to the old town easily. There are bus stop, ATM near by and restaurants. Internet works well. Better than what I expected.

Could have more fruits for breakfast but as we are in Italy there was plenty croissant and cake.

The room was really good value for money, on a quiet street and well connected! The bed was massive and so comfy!

The breakfast could be better. We had a little difficulty getting in because we arrived late but it was resolved quickly.
