The room is very spacious and clean. and the young lady at the reception was very helpful.

I was expressly looking for a room with balcony - and the property advertises as having balconies, which is true, but they don't say that there are works on the facade of the building and therefor balconies are not really usable right now. they only tell you this after booking and paying - which is not helpful. Then they serve breakfast after 8 - which again is not helpful if you have an early flight (as I did). Luckily, the lady who received me went out of her way to give me a few things to have for early next day. The most annoying fact however was that the ventilation in the bathroom went on and off - quite random - throughout the night. Very noisy and disturbing - and no, I had not left the light on, nor the door open.

I have never found a room that would be more comfortable and so intelligently planned (also the bathroom). You simply feel like at home from first minutes, also thanks to the owner that is one of the kindest people (and bakes amazing cakes!) Besides, the room had a balcony that I could drink coffe, sunbathing and admire the mountains. Also, the location couldn't be better! Although, as it's the city centre close to the port, it might be a bit noisy for those who like silence.

Everything was great, as the owner did her best to make the holidays amazing. Maybe I missed only vegetables for breakfast, but obviously if you are in Italy, the cuisine is more focused on sweets 😉

Staff were very nice and attentive. They solved all my questions and problems. The room was very clean and new. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I liked fresh sweet bread and fruits. Location is in pleasant area, close to new city streets. I felt safe as a sole female traveler.

The balcony was like construction site, there were no table or chairs due to exterior renovation work, although this would be temporary. Some noises from the lobby and dinning room were heard when I was inside the room in the morning.

The place was recently totally refurbished and it's very nice. The owner is very professional and provide you a very warm welcome. She gives me fabulous tips to enjoy Palermo. The bed was amazing. Good size of the room, plenty of storage to your things. The balcony is a plus. The breakfast were very good, with everything you need it. The owner ask you about your eggs and your coffee in the morning 😍

It is a bit noisy, the doors and some appliances are a bit noisy in the night. But it's nothing serious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast every morning. Good selection of food and always some little Sicilian delicacies to finish the meal off.

Sadly the whole building is undergoing some external renovation and it is covered in scaffolding and netting. This meant that from 0800 - 1600 there were workmen walking past the room and constant drilling and hammering. However, not a real problem, unless you like a lie in ! My room would have had a view towards the mountains without the curtaining around the building.

Breakfast was modest but OK. The staff were super helpful and always available. They spoke excellent English. They offered transport to the train station for 15 Euros which was helpful. Bed was very comfy and Netflix was a bonus.

The building was being renovated which we were told about prior. But that meant no balcony and building noise. We were told it would start at 8am but it started earlier most days which was a pain. Location was OK but very near port and noisy main road.

The accomodation is placed in a good position, it's easy to reach city center, and also in the same street there are few restaurants and gelaterias. I appreciate the kindness of the host, Erika was very kind and helpful with the advices. The room was spacious, comfortable, and it had everything I needed. Breakfast was also great. I would come back! 💙

Good location, I mostly walked around Palermo from the hotel after taking a taxi there from the train. The bed was by far the best bed I slept on in Italy. The shower was fancy with many spouts. They also gave me a sheet of tourist recommendations and advised on what is in walking distance.

WiFi did not work in my room due to construction. Had to use wifi in the reception area.

It was unfortunate that the building was undergoing construction so I couldn’t get the balcony experience. But that isn’t their fault. Plus the Wi-Fi never worked. And I feel that there is too much light in the room. I’m guessing from the security key stuff. Not sure.

Extremely clean and beautifully appointed room. Lots of space. Lovely comfy bed and a balcony. The staff were so sweet. They went out of their way to help me.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin so you could hear people talking. Ear plugs sorted that out. Also when people opened their doors with their cards there was a loud buzzing noise
