We got in around 9pm but it was still easy to get access and we had had plenty of communication before hand. The initial entry was done remotely through the front door and then with our bags up the gorgeous old fashioned elevator! With keypad access we went in through a lobby type entry, found our room and entered without an issue. Fantastic room, very spacious, great little kitchen. Breakfast was delivered at the time we had asked for. We had ended up having a later night than we expected as so many bars on our doorstep, Great location, like really great for eating and drinking. Next day we ventured out to the main strip about 1.5k s away in regards to markets other restaurants and just great looking around, We had two nights and an early exit after our second night so they had left us some yoghurt, extra coffee pods and juices. Couldn’t recommend this place higher. Was a really neat place to stay and as I said before communication was great, not only through booking.com but also WhatsApp Totally recommend.

Large room to relax in. Super soft bed. Large bathroom with spacious shower with piping hot water on demand. Abundant towels. Big but excellent breakfast brought to your room and great value for money at about £6.50 per person. The ancient lift is amazing. Staff are wonderful and the jewel in the crown, nothing is too much trouble. Location is quiet, several restaurants nearby and city centre is an easy walk away. For us the property was ideal.

Nothing really. It might have been nice to have an English news channel on the TV but to be honest did not miss watching TV at all.

Location is brilliant,on a pedestrianised street with good restaurants where we ate on several evenings. Access is easy with card for main door, code for lobby and card for apartment so very secure. Our host Ivan was more than helpful and made us very welcome. The apartment was very well appointed, very clean and well decorated,the shower is big with loads of hot water. We found the beds comfortable and the linen of good quality. Breakfast was great and a real treat being delivered to our room. Overall we had a fantastic stay here.

Location was perfect for us. The street is not busy during the night though it can get busy during the day due to hoards of tourists that embark from Cruise liners that berth nearby. Apartment was spacious and therefore family-friendly. Staff met our demands, were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was typical Italian and therefore not as full-filling as one would expect from a Continental one (forget scrambled or poached eggs or sausages or fruit or cornflakes). Yet, if you're not a heavy eater and would like to keep light for travel, this should works well.

Junior family suite was lovely. Great size for family of 5.

The junior family suite is made up of 2 separately bookable rooms with a private hallway connecting them. For our first night the hotel only had one room which slept 4 and had double booked the other room. Whilst not originally offered, they did arrange for an extra bed in our room so we all had a bed to sleep on, but was very disappointing after long travel day getting there. It also made the room very cramped.

The room was gorgeous, it was bigger than we expected, like a small apartment with a lovely terrace and big bathroom with large shower. The bed is so comfortable and the air conditioning is a dream. Location is great, close enough to the centre and right outside your door are lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Self check in was very straightforward and staff are very friendly and helpful. Probably the best accommodation I've ever booked for a city break.

Loved everything about it, place is fantastic so comfortable couldn't fault the place. The cherry on the cake would be satellite TV with a couple of English language channels, would have been a dream after a day of sightseeing and winding down and some nespresso capsules for the machine even to purchase at reception would be a lovely option.

friendly hosts, easy walking distance to most of the popular tourist hot spots. comfy bed. very tasty croissants for breakfast.

breakfast served in the room, only 2 bar stools and 3 of us staying in the room so one of us had to perch on the bed to eat. difficult to find on the street as no sign. breakfast was very simple (coffee, croissant and 1 slice of toast each).

central location. close to the centre and port

access was difficult at times with the door and key access. lacked a mirror in the room. only had one in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal. breakfast was adequate but you got exactly what you asked for. example we asked for cereal but not milk so it came dry. we asked for toast but forget to ask for butter!

We loved this property! It had high ceilings with historic Italian ceilings, beautiful lighting and architecture. It was so clean and comfy - we all got those hotel slippers, robes etc. and the staff was amazing. They responded to all our requests within minutes and were super accommodating. The location was also great and in a cute area near the port.

Lovely location close to restaurants and shops. For the location it was very quiet and it was nice to have the extra room.

Although it was lovely to have breakfast bought to your room every morning the choice was limited.
