This one surprised me! Didn’t have high expectations, just needed a place for me and my friend to stay for a night. But it was so nice! 5 min walk from the central station and equally close to the big streets. They had very good security and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. The room was pleasant, with a fresh toilet and good working AC (was 44 degrees outside). So nice breakfast aswell. Our stay here was one of the best bargains of the whole trip!

The shower head was leaking a bit, probably should be replace, but obliviously a mini problem. We had the room at the addict and the roof was very low, so had to mind your head a lot, not a big thing though

The breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and inviting but also left you alone for the most part which was good. The kitchen was able to be used so we cooked a few meals. The rooms were comfortable, aircon was great and bathrooms were nice

When we stayed earlier in the week our shower didn’t have a complete screen so water got everywhere. It would also be great to be given a code or just more clear check-in instructions to get into the first front door when you are first checking in as you need to call the host to unlock the door remotely

The host was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on things to do. The breakfast was diverse and very good, mostly sweet stuff but also some ham and salami. The common area had an accessible fridge with cold drinking water available. The location was very good if you plan to visit the other nearby cities, as it is 10 minutes away from the Central Station. It is also 2 minutes away from the Balaro local market which is great if you want to eat some local street food or check out the produce.

The neighborhood is not very clean. The room walls were a bit thin as you could hear the conversations in the common area. The bathroom is a bit cramped, it takes a bit until you get used to it. The host speaks mostly Italian.

Everything in this B&B is great except the neighborhood. location is amazing at the heart of all the action and shopping of Palermo. once you enter the building, you feel you are in a different world. Although old, the entrance is nice and well decorated. Another surprise is when you open the door of the B&B, extremely clean, very well decorated and smartly done. You feel at home and Anna is super nice explaining everything that you will need and even preparing a great breakfast next morning.

Neighborhood is scary and makes you feel unsafe

Got a surprise upgrade to a lovely newly renovated room when we arrived at midnight, which was lovely. The air conditioner in the room was fantastic to cope with the intense heat wave. The location was great - close to the train station and had one of the local markets right on our doorstep.

The kitchen could use with a few more utensils e.g knives and chopping boards. Otherwise it was all manageable

Lovely b&b, close to the centre of the city and any attractions, plus it is 10 min walk from the bus and train stations, we booked it for 2 nights before we travelled down east and we liked it so much that we booked it again for one night before flying back home. The staff was very nice and helpful, upon arrival the lady gave us some information on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was good. The room clean and cozy.

the B&B is in the heart of the city and it’s walkable from all the major sightseeing of Palermo. Room was big enough and the toilet was very new and clean.

All good, breakfast was brilliant and If I have to give a cos I would say only that my room was very close to the kitchen so I could hear everything in the morning but they were making my breakfast so I can’t complain about that as it was very good and different options!

Location of the B&B is perfect for travelers who don't need much, everything is close, train and buss station is 5 minute walk from the B7B, main street - around 10 minute walk away. The room we stayed at was simple, yet really comfortable, the only thing that you should be aware of is the noise if someone else is loud in the B&B, because the door does give poor sound isolation. Breakfast was amazing, delicious with all the pastries and delicious eggs. The lady who made breakfast and checked us in was amazing and really sweet, even though she couldn't speak English and I only speak 5 words Italian, we managed to communicate really well and google translate always is a perfect help. The room was clean.

The location was very close to the railway station. Since we had to leave very early, we prepared everything what the staff allowed us to take, make tea, coffee, take yoghurt form the fridge etc. Room was exceeding our expectations.

At the beginning it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English, but then it was successfully solved with translation application via smartphone. Although I had informed about earlier arrival, the staff seemed surprised about that, but the solution was reached. Late in the evening the noise of music (maybe from the car) came in for a minute or two.

The room was clean and we have enough space for 2. Anna was a marvellous host and even we woke up after the breakfast hours, she was willing to prepare us food. The location is also near the bus station.

The location was nice but a little noisy in the street. Also as the room is above the breakfast room / living room we could hear all the noise for food preparation and people taking their breakfast which was a little annoying.
