The place was very clean and authentic😍 It was spacious, in the city center, close to many sights. Alessandra is a very nice host, she helped us with everything we needed and gave us recommendations about Palermo. The breakfast included everything needed. Matisse (the cat) is absolutely adorable 🥰We’re gonna miss him💔

We had to leave very early to catch our flight so we had no time for breakfast. But the B&B was very clean and nice. The host was also very kind.
Difficult sleepers might have problems with the noise of the traffic outside, but for us it was not disruptive: we slept like babies.

Alessandra is the kindest, most knowledgeable host you can imagine. I truly felt at home in this amazing guesthouse. The rooms are classy, and the location is the best you can imagine in Palermo. Travel is about the people you meet, and I'm truly glad I chose to stay at Medusa. I highly recommend it

We liked our stay at Medusa. You should know that a central space can not be perfectly quiet at night (cars outside). But all of the rooms are so cozy, beautiful old house in beautiful colours inside, the breakfast was great, Alexandra was so helpful in every question we had. Thank you!

It is on a noisy, busy street, but with earplugs for sleep, it was fine.

The location was perfect. So close to Palermo Centrale as well as the various sections of Palermo. It's also very conveniently located for bus and train travel, which is a huge bonus.

We slept amazing! The rooms and bathroom were very clean! Everything was perfect! Good breakfast, Alessandra was always very helpful! And there’s air conditioner in the bedroom, which is amazing! Definitely recommend!
