It is stylish and modern, in the old part of the city. the room was spacious and comfortable (although there wasn’t any where to sit apart from the bed); the location is perfect for exploring Palermo; the restaurant, Lumina, is of a very high standard for both breakfast and dinner; all the staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and responsive.

We stayed in February and the hotel is understandably designed for the summer heat, with the result being that our room was chilly. despite several attempts by staff, the a/c would not warm the room.

The location was fantastic It was an oasis in a very chaotic city The breakfast was delicious and served around the plunge pool Dinner in their restaurant was superb.. Having the plunge pool was a plus although there are only 6 pool lounges but plenty of chairs. It was only crowded on one of our days

you have a great little boutique hotel so customer service is imperative . I think a little more attention by wait staff/ a little more friendly/ smile etc would be of benefit Clean up pool area of drinks etc replenish pool towels etc. we did have find someone to ask for drinks at the pool.

From the moment we arrived at Casa Nostra until our departure, we were welcomed with friendly and helpful staff (especially Matteo who gave us local tips on sightseeing and restaurants) who were accommodating with our requests. My room was also upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was minimal in decor and comfortable with a balcony. The staff were contactable via WhatsApp and they read the messages within seconds, responding immediately to our requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious every day and the Sicilian food selections were well-presented and sumptuous. We ate lunch and dinner at the Lumina Restaurant and the menu was varied and in the style of haute cuisine a là Palermo! I will definitely return to Casa Nostra! Ciao Casa Nostra! ❤️🇮🇹

We required warmer (and thicker) blankets or quilts as we stayed in winter and it was very cold despite having the air-conditioning on constantly.

Let’s begin with the preface that we are well traveled and in our 40s. We’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. We booked 3 nights on Booking but ended up extending 2 more nights because we loved this hotel so much. As a traveler, I will begin with this - EVERYTHING WORKS and the beds are comfortable! Not “I’m 20 and can sleep on the floor because nothing hurts” comfortable but actually comfortable for us 40+ folks. This hotel is as beautiful as the pictures. It’s very well designed and situated in a quiet but central area. The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. They arranged our pickup/drop off from the airport as well as our day trip to Mondello Beach. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Fabrizio, the hotel owner, is also so kind and generous making our honeymoon even more special. We feel like we’ve made a friend in Fabrizio! As mentioned, the beds were comfortable as were the plush pillows we enjoyed sleeping on for 5 nights. The TVs are new with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are a nice size, the hairdryers were new, the towels and bedding were new/clean, the showers had rain and hand held with HOT water that never ran out, there were toiletries in case you forgot toothbrush, lotion, etc. Fabrizio took us of a tour of the spa (opening next week) and it is absolutely stunning with an indoor pool that has jets you can swim against, sauna, steam room with a gorgeous touch of twinkle lights in the ceilings. The garden/pool area is beautiful and had a nice breeze in the morning for us to enjoy our breakfast. There is also a business area with a large couch and place to lounge a bit outside of your room. We will be back and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed in Casa Nostra Boutique hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! When we arrived a cute and funny kid welcomed us in the hotel and helped us with parking the car, he made my day :D The hotel is renovated and decorated in a minimalistic but slightly bohemian style. So beautiful! They paid attention to every detail. We enjoyed the breakfast. The pool / jacuzzi is a BIG plus, it’s beautiful and we had it for ourselves the whole afternoon!!

The whole neighbourhood lost power for a few hours and there was no water either. We couldn’t shower, there was no light in the room, couldn’t charges our phones, no wifi etc. I think it only took 2 or 3 hours and it wasn’t the fault of the hotel obsviously!

Overall a lovely boutique hotel with the highest standard without being snobbery. Beautifully furnished with a calm and soothing atmosphere at the same time with a pulse we love. The pool is small yet perfect. They are just going to open up a gym which is great for running of all the delicious food and drink Palermo and Sicily offers. Fantastic service and people - the owners to runs it are so open to the guest. Every detail counts yet humble that they have just opened up their dream hotel which will just be better and better for the coming years. The breakfast was fantastic. Not over-done yet generous, personal, fresh and delicious. Extra bonus for offering ordering of all different kind of egg-dishes which we loved. Served in the lovely courtyard by the pool. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was A M A Z I N G. We will for sure come back and bring our closest friends. As this place is a must stay and I hope that they continue to evolve in the same way. Offering a "pricy affordable" dream-stay in Palermo.

The welcoming at the breakfast was so so. I think its important that even if a guest comes early and the breakfast hasn't opened yet the staff can say "good morning", offer a coffee and than politely say that we have to wait. Service is everything - overall great but this is the "one" thing we did not appreciate.

Great little hotel. Super friendly staff especially the young man who was on duty at the desk in the morning of our arrival and one of the waiters in the restaurant, Lumia, that is part of the hotel. Really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room had a quiet view into the courtyard, which was being used as a restaurant with no sign that the pool in the middle was a hot tub or for swimming in any way. No lounges. Just tables. But that was no problem for us as we did not need a pool.We ate an ample breakfast and every evening meal at the hotel's restaurant. Great food, Very gourmet.

The street in front of the hotel in narrow, noisy during the day, and one way and the hotel was difficult to find at first. Parking on the street was difficult, especially as one member of the staff seemed to like to park there. That left nowhere to park near the hotel. The parking garage we used was affiliated with the hotel and was a couple of blocks away. My son got hopelessly lost as he was trying to find the lot and ended up behind a slow-moving religious procession. Our GPS was not much help on that occasion. But, as Shakespeare once said, "All's well that ends well", and our experience at Casa Nostra Hotel was all in all an excellent one. Also a very different experience from the larger hotels.

Breakfast was lovely...many options and very tasty. The outdoor courtyard for breakfast or dinner was so pretty and inviting. The dinner we had was also really good. Loved the location. Bed was comfortable too. We had to unplug the bedside lamp to have enough electrical plugs for electronics but fortunately, they had a master light control by bead so we could have light without having to get up to turn it off. Relatively quiet...and I'm a light sleeper so that's saying something for a place in the heart of Palermo!

Very few surfaces to put things on in the room. We had been traveling for over 2 weeks and needed to hang or spread out some clothes. There was a bathtub in our room (useful for clothes hanging on edge) and one tiny stool. There was a cheap chest (read wood on wood drawers that made a terrible noice, IF, you could get them open). No chairs or tables. Also, they need more electrical plugs or ports for charging electronics. Also, the elevator did not go to our floor. Staff offered to tag our bag up so Not a huge issue but inconvenient.

Great staff, very nice and modern hotel. Perfect location for Historical sites and 5 minute walk to everything.

If you are driving its very hard to reach and no parking. You have to drop luggage and drive 5-10 minutes away to park and walk or taxi back to the hotel. I was luck that the gentleman at the from desk helped me get a free parking spot on the side street about 100 feet away. There are several rooms on each floor that are not serviced by an elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up and down very dangerous stairs. This was not a problem for me but if it is for you, let them know when booking that you do not want one of these rooms.

The breakfast was amazing . You could order a hot breakfast to your liking from a menu. They also made the most amazing muesli . Amazing selection of pasteries, fruit , cakes, fresh bread and anything you would like. All freshly made. The location of Casa Nostra Boutique hotel is perfect . Just around the corner from the beautiful opera house and other main sights of Palermo. We ate at Casa Nostra's restaurant most nights as we were sightseeing all day and exhausted . The restaurant was lovely and like a real oasis to relax. Great food and wine selection.
