Al Massimo 360

Al Massimo 36 was well situated to the old centre town of Palermo and was a very easy walk to the airport shuttle bus stop, the Hop On Hop Off bus tour Stop #1 and the Mercato Al Capo. The private bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean and very spacious. Our host, Valeria, provided us with an excellent breakfast for all days of our stay offering us many choices of local pastries along with coffee prepared in many different ways, juice, toast, fresh fruit, eggs and many other wonderful foods. Not only did she feed us well, she made us feel very comfortable in her home. The dining area and sitting area are beautifully decorated and peaceful. She gave us many good tips and recommendations on restaurants, sights not to miss (Palazzo Reale Chapel is one!) and how to get around Palermo. She is very familiar with the city as a native Palermian. This location is highly recommended…we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The B&B is superbly situated right in the centre of Palermo by the opera house. Valeria is a pleasant and welcoming host, and the accommodation is beautifully decorated - light & airy, sympathetic to its age & character, yet with modern conveniences. Breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended.

The property is on the 5th floor, so you are reliant on the small elevator, which unfortunately broke down the morning we left. And our bags were VERY heavy….

The location was spot on, right next to the Opera House and within easy walking of attractions in the historic centre.. Our host prepared excellent breakfasts and with plenty of choice. The accommodation is excellent, spotlessly clean and good taste in decor. We managed to book the room with balcony and en-suit shower/toilet which was excellent.

Nothing! It was everything we wanted and more.

The location of the accommodation is great! It is located in a beautiful old building. You can find everything close to the accommodation, e.g.: restaurants, stores, monuments. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty!

Very comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very kind. Great breakfast. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is booking the room with the bathroom outside because sometimes it can be uncomfortable. But other than that, great!

The place is in the heart of Palermo city centre! You can see Teatro Massimo through the balcony :) The interior is beautiful, tasteful, cozy and laid back. The hostess is sweet and caring :) We loved our stay and will definetelly be back!

Good location very big room with a nice view. The toilet was very big as well and the breakfast was very nice and classy

I think that the Aircon filters need to be replaced before we could smell something weird every time the Aircon was on

Such a beautiful B&B! Amazing antique pieces and just the right touch of modern. The hostess, Valeria was so kind and accommodated our late-ish check in. The breakfast was gorgeous and tailored to each person’s preferences (salty or sweet). Very comfy and very beautiful 😍

Amazing B&B..Wonderful stylisch confortable room. Superb breakfast. Valeria was always available when Support required.. The B&B is very close to the oks town an near by the All Massimo.

A wonderful place to stay at with an exceptional host.The locality is no. 1. You can walk easily everywhere.

The house is going to be refurbished from outside as it needs it and then it will be perfect.
