- Rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. - The location was very good - less than a 5 minute walk from Teatro Massimo and about 10 minutes from Quattro Canti, but since it was on the edge of the Historical Center and not in the middle of it, it was much less crowded. Above all, Mariarita and her family were terrific - incredibly nice, caring, and flexible. Check-in went smoothly, breakfast was great, and Mariarita even made a special trip over late the night before we left to deal with check-out since we were going to be leaving early the next morning. When she found out that we wouldn’t be around for breakfast, she insisted that we take plenty of food from the hotel kitchen to go and gave us muffins, yogurts, cakes, and coffee to take when we left.

- It was a little noisy at night outside of the hotel (not in the hotel), especially since we were staying over a weekend and there was a nearby party...but it wasn't too disruptive

Location was nice and the owner, Maria, is really sweet and helpful. We had a trip to Erice before the breakfast time and she was very accommodating in leaving a few pastries in our room since we would miss the included breakfast when we left early the next day. Speaking of, we also enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. If we return to Sicily, which we probably will, we will stay here again!

The room is super comfortable, great balcony, nice bathroom with good water pressure. A/C worked great. Breakfast was excellent. The dining room was a comfortable size for all guests. The options were perfect for a European breakfast. Delicious cornetti, toasts, sandwiches , etc.. Maria was a great host - especially nice! the location is central, so very easy to reach all major sites!

Lovely b&b in a great location close to historical centre, restaurants , bars etc, very convenient for transport aswell Palermo Centrale is half hour walk or if you get the bus its 10 mins from Rinascentre. Rooms are spotless VERY comfortable with great shower!. Breakfast is delicious there are plenty of options. The staff are AMAZING so welcoming like this beautiful vibrant city!! We were also given a larger room & drinks. I can't thank them enough - Grazie mile x

The breakfast was a traditional Italian breakfast. It was fresh and the coffee was great. Perfect way to start the day. Everything was great. I think the space is perfect for a short stay in Palermo. The location is in the old center but far enough away for quiet location. Lots of great restaurants near by and close to all of the attractions.

Place was great. Clean, centrally located and comfortable. Maria Rita was incrediablyfriendly and helpful. She reccommneded a great restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed

The owner was super nice and helpful all the way through, even sending me a message asking me if I wanted breakfast when I didn’t make it out on time. Breakfast was delicious, room was super clean, staff was nice. Amazing stay, really.

My brother and I stayed for 4 nights and the location was exceptional, right in the city centre. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms were extremely clean and the owners were friendly and made time for us. If I am ever back in Palermo I will be staying here. An excellent experience.

We liked everything about the stay and Maria, the owner, is just wonderful. Would definitely return.

There were lots of choices and the two ladies working were very nice and accomadating... The location is superb!!! We parked our car for two days and walked everywhere. Very vibrant city.
