The locations is great because it right by the main street in Palermo (Via Maqueda) with lots of shops and restaurants. You are walking distance to the Teatro Massimo as well and just generally walking distance to a lot of the great sites! There was also a public parking lot right behind the building so we could park the car overnight (it was about 12 Euros for a24 hours).

A little bit difficult to open the front door with the key .. once you figured it out it was fine though. Check-in was interesting as well because the person at the front desk did not speak a lot of English (thankfully my friend knew enough Italian / Spanish to get by).

The room was exactly what I needed for myself and my 3yo daughter. It was clean, nicely appointed, and felt safe. The breakfast was a typical Sicilian breakfast with pastries, coffee, and little pizzas warmed in the oven. Baked goods from a local bakery. Our hostess was very welcoming and gracious, gave us tips on getting around Palermo, and made me cappuccinos in the morning. And it was handy to be so close to a parking lot!

The property was very close to via Roma shopping street and Massimo Theatre. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are spacious, breakfast is perfect is served in a shared kitchenette. Hosts are very kind and friendly but do not speak English.

Apartment is very hard to find if you do not ask for advice in the neighbourhood. Parking in the street is risky, there is paid parking just behind the building

It had everything we needed for 2 nights stay. Nice and beautiful room. The location was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. They made our bed and cleaned the bathroom when we were away. Breakfast was classic Italian. I would recommend you to buy something in the supermarket if you don’t want sweets for breakfast. They were super delicious but we personally like to start the day with a healthier option. The capuchino though was very nice.

I liked everything ,the room was clean and spacious,breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh,the lovely Elena helped us with tips and tricks about Palermo and she also makes a lovely espresso .She also cleaned and tidied the room daily,good value for money,location 10/10 ,highly recommend you book this if you wanna visit Palermo.Elena thank you again 😘😘you made our stay perfect.Bianca,Cata& Petra

Casa Rosellina is a great place. It is located very centrally (like 5 minutes walk from Politiamo). At the same time it is in a side street so it was not loud. Everything is like on the pictures. Very nice and clean rooms, a shared kitchen where you get every morning breakfast and a nice chat with the host. She is very helpful and resourceful (gives you tips what to see and how to go there). It was a GREAT stay. Thank you!

There is nothing that I dislike. I should have stayed longer.

The Lady who was managing the property was really lovely, the bed was firm which i absolutely love. Very welcoming feeling and fantastic location.

The entrance procedure was not intuitive and i didn't receive any guidance as to how to gain access to the property. The wifi code was not what was written in the rooms welcome information. But all in all it was great service.

The location of the apartment is excellent! You are immediately in the city center. The owner -a very beautiful, helpful woman. In general I would recommend this place cause its comfortable to stay there and I would come back too.

The furnishing was a little bit old. Sometimes the light was going off.

Nice breakfast served by host directly. Friendly lady, although does not speak English. Rooms are big, clean, with a balcony. Parking (paid) very close to the entrance.

Host does not speak English. Bathroom is shared, door is broken. Limited breakfast options (or perhaps language barrier misunderstanding).

Our host was fantastic, attentive at breakfast, and always remembered what you ate and drank. Nothing was too much bother The room was a great size, comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic right in the heart of the City centre and safe.

Sign posting could be better, but I understand this seems to be an Italian thing.
