Our one-night stay in the apartments in Palermo was a delightful experience. Located in the heart of the capital city, the apartments were surrounded by numerous cafes and shops, with a charming pedestrian street right at the doorstep. The staff was exceptionally helpful, proficient in various languages, and engaged in pleasant conversations. The manager provided valuable recommendations for exploring the city center, which was conveniently accessible on foot. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the historical house was well-maintained. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bathroom's colorful lighting added a unique touch to the shower experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with all amenities within reach, making it highly enjoyable.

During our one-night stay in Palermo, we were disappointed to find that the city's cleanliness was subpar. The streets and corners were littered with a significant amount of dirt and trash, giving a negative impression of the city's hygiene. It seems that the city authorities have not prioritized cleanliness, resulting in an unpleasant odor, especially on the pedestrian streets. The situation reminded us of Barcelona, but unfortunately, Palermo appeared to have even more trash scattered around. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful city lacks proper attention to cleanliness, and we hope that the authorities address this issue in the future.

It was a pleasure to stay at B&B Opera and with Marco. He was very welcoming and gave us great advice for sightseeing and restaurants. It was always a joy to come back to the hotel and have a little chat with him :) Also the location is really nice. It’s close to the city center and many restaurants, so it’s possible to visit everything by foot. A big advantage was that the rooms have an installed air conditioner. All and all we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the B&B Opera!

Marco was a real pleasure to meet and so helpful with suggestions and information. The space was comfortable and the location was great for getting a bus to the airport close by. Nice breakfast. The best feature was really Marco the host....who was great.

Having stayed previously in the old historic centre, at first I thought the location was not in as charming a neighbourhood. However, it was actually very convenient for walking to different parts of the city that were of interest.

the location of the B&B is in the pedestrian zone of the Palermo, with shops, cafes resturants etc. near by. the Owner Marco is super friendly and helpful with information and tips for the area. the room is very spacious, even located in a very center location, the room was very quiet and airy. good breakfast.

coming with a car is a bit chalange- we stopped our car in the near by street for unloading the luaggage, and then looked some time to find a place to park in the street the car for the night (parking lots are available in few hundred meters distance from the B&B).

Nice B&B with pretty good location. Friendly and helpful people. Good breakfast. Rooms mostly on the quieter side of streets.

No major comlaints. Seen better showers but i think pretty basic in Sicily. Smaller rooms bit small for two persons but keeping in mind it’s B&B not 5 star hotel. So i’d say mostly good and worth the price.

The location is excellent. The property is located in a decent pedestrian area without traffic noise. The owner is attentive and friendly. Easy and free luggage storage.

This may only be our room which is next to the reception, one side of the mattress is sinking badly; somehow we managed to sleep sideways to place ours legs/feet on the sinking area. It would be a perfect stay if the mattress was in a better condition.

I stayed here for only 1 night, but I felt how caring and responsive the owner is. It was interesting to talk with him about Palermo and Sicily, people's customs and culture. In general, I have noticed that people here are very friendly and open. I really liked the location of the accommodation. It is such a prestigious and quiet area of ​​the city. I discovered the divine cafe Spinnato, which is next to the hotel. I have never drunk such delicious coffee! Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect!

Location perfect for accessing city neighbourhoods, attractions, restaurants, bars, bus and taxi services. Pleasant boulevard area tree lined and with excellent cafes literally on the doorstep. Marco is a superb host, the hotel is very clean and the breakfasts excellent and undoubtedly meets its 3 star rating. A great stay

Marco is the best host I have ever met, very charismatic and positive person. He goes above and beyond for his guest. First, he accomodate us before the check in time. He gave us great tips, what do to and visit in Palermo, where to eat and some interesting facts about the city and the island. The accommodation was great, clean and everything that we needed. At breakfast every day he offered different delicious local pastries.

Marco is an one of a kind host, you can tell he loves what he’s doing and he’s trying with all his energy to provide anything his guests need! I could write a million positive things for that amazing guy! The room was great, the location was ideal for exploring Palermo’s center, the breakfast was absolutely a m a z i n g!!! I still have the map that Marco gave us, with a bunch of beautiful places that he suggested us to visit! If we’ll ever visit Sicily again, no doubt, Opera b&b will be our choice again!!
