Hotel Plaza Opéra

The hotel location is very good. From there, we visited all different parts of Palermo by foot. Everything is at walking distance. The oldest quarters and the newer nicer places around via della libeta. Our room was large and comfortable. There were no disturbances from other hotel's guests. Except for the italian occasionally loud way of living, the place is quiet. Conveniently close to the bus stops to go to or come from the airport.

We expected more help from the front desk when looking for nice local restaurants or asking for reservations. We have been in other large cities in Europe in 4-star hotels where this service is offered.

Loved the location of the property. It's in the center though a short walk away from the core of bustling activities. I liked that the area was quiet though very much easily accessible to town. It's roughly a short 8-10 min walk. We also never had trouble finding a parking spot for our rental which was a welcomed bonus. Lastly, found the staff to be quite helpful and accommodating; plus the rooftop restaurant/lounge had stunning views of the surrounding mountains - loved it.

Not necessarily a negative comment though visitors beware. The rooftop restaurant/lounge is quite beautiful and boasts impressive views, as such it's much sought after, so do note you'll need to make reservations, especially if you'd like a table outside during the higher trafficked evening hours.

The hotel is fantastic this was my second visit this year and I will most definitely be back again, Marco M from the reception is a credit to the hotel the way he treated me and my family was incredible he went above and beyond his duties to help us, We wanted to book football tickets he helped us immensely, Gave us advise and tips on things to do during our trip, Also Sylvia on reception was fantastic too great staff they make the hotel.

Based on the booking score I excepted worst conditions, was completely surprised with the quality of the hotel. Was very cozy, warm, lovely bathroom, was very quite in the night. The reception was super friendly and easy going. The location was amazing. The bus shuttle service from and to the airport is just around the corner. Had also a USB plug next to bed. Modern clean and perfect location

it was my second time staying here and won't be the last - I am 100% sure. the hotel is amazing: the location, the staff and the room were all 10 out 10. it is a modern, small and confortable hotel in the heart of Palermo.

there was nothing bad about it.

not only the location is perfect (a 1 minute walk from Teatro Politeama and a 4 minute walk from Teatro Massimo), the facilities of this hotel are modern. It is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful - I will return to Palermo and I will stay here once again

The air conditioning is fantastic

Our bathroom in room 501 was a very strange blue color .. not your typical stone finishing but finish with paint color the vanity tops

Lovely room, comfy room and a short walk to main town and hop on hop off bus. Airport shuttle bus for 6$ just two blocks away. Very helpful staff and they speak English very well which is very helpful.

There was not anything I didn't like.

Beautiful property. The location is great, upscale shopping area, very safe neighborhood. We loved the rooftop restaurant and bar, gorgeous views. There are two elevators and parking available for 15 E a day.

Just a little noisy at night.

Hotel is fantastic, excellent location the sky bar was stunning, The best thing about the hotel were the staff they were so attentive and could do enough for you, will definitely be back
