The hotel is a go getter and environment it excellent bothe the staff are helpful, very polite 😀 👍 so much more. If you wanna get the hotel don't think about it twice just go ahead you will enjoy your stay. Mostly expecially if you are going to book this hotel you need to have a car or get a taxi that will help you with your trip because it far from centre city so 😉

I like everything it just that my room water was coming out from the AC. That the only issue apart from that everything is fine

Very car-friendly, big rooms and free parking. The hotel even has a digital piano in the lobby, therefore my daughter could practice piano a bit there. And the hotel restaurant is a gourmet restaurant, for anyone who doesn't mind the price but would like to enjoy high-end Italian cuisine, it's a very good choice.

The breakfast was too simple and plain.

Just few minutes by car from Parma we stayed one night at this hotel. Rooms were renewed, very modern, great air conditioning, bathroom was huge and very comfort beds. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Thank you

The room was of a great size, clean and confortable. Breakfast was ok, but very basic and minimal.

Too expensive considering the location (it is in an industrial area) though it is conveniently close to the main highway.

The staff at the reception is incredibly kind and supportive. The breakfast (provided by the hotel next door - which I would not recommend though) is simple but classy.

The rooms on the second floor are not accessible independently by someone on a wheelchair (only stairs, no elevator)

Great access to the motorway. Super helpful staff - thanks Felipa! The restaurant is exceptional. Dogs very welcome. Bowls and special treat left provided.

The beds are a little hard and more pillows needed. Still haven't figured out how to work the aircon - noisy.

This is my 5th time staying here. Excellent price/quality ratio. Close to the highway. Good halfway point between Switzerland and Central Italy, if one does not want to drive all at once. Restaurant quality still very high (particularly enjoyed the turbot tempura and the fresh pasta).

Breakfast quality and selection could be improved, especially when compared with the lunch and dinner served in the same restaurant.

Great location just off the motorway. Large air conditioned room with lovely bathroom. Very quiet location and helpful staff. Good parking on site. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of local restaurants for dinner.

Close to A1 and easy to find with Google maps. Staff flexible when we arrived late. Dog friendly, dog treats and water bowl provided - nice touch. Good breakfast provided. Helpful friendly staff.

Very convenient room on the ground floor. Equipped for limited mobility which we had flagged up beforehand. Room very spacious, comfortable and stylish. Excellent restaurant, with very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient parking.
