Front desk was very helpful with information about sites and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good - hot and cold items. Room was a bit dated. Bathroom was updated and very nice with a sliding door/no lock. Window opened for fresh air and view of the river area. When closed the room was quiet. Parking was included and there are spots right in front of the hotel. During our stay there was always a spot available even though there seem to be on about 15 or so.

No glasses available for the room, only paper cups.

This was a large room, in the modern annexe, beautifully decorated with large windows. All was clean and comfortable. The location is good, just 15 minutes walk from the town centre. We found a local cafe nearby for breakfast. The annexe is on several bus routes if you want to travel to the rail station. Otherwise it's a 25-minute walk.

This isn't a 'dislike' as such. We were told that our room would be in an annexe. However, we had not expected the annexe to be an 8-minute walk away. This didn't bother us as we did not want to use the hotel facilities. If you do, you might like to take this into account.

It’s cleanliness, the room is very comfortable clean and close to city center. Good enough for us. We’re very satisfied. 🙂

Because we stay in the other building of the hotel, the breakfast is served in the main building. A little bit far to go their for breakfast, we prepared to have it included in our stay, but we decided not to since it’s a little bit far in our room. It’s the thing that it’s don’t like in my stay. But it’s ok.. there’s no problem on it..☺️

Liked the room which was a separate building from the hotel, it was quiet and more private. The staff were good and cleaned my room everyday.

I have one disappointment was the fridge was not working at all even though the light came on. I bought some food next day I realised it was not actually on and had to throw the food away. On the last day I reported this to the reception, they said none of the fridges work. Why was the fridge included in the room description?

I found the personnel of the Ibis very friendly and helpful. The location is very good as it is very close to the centre (15 minutes walk to Parma Cathedral). You have to enter the ZTL area for a few hundred meters but at the Ibis reception they can write down your car plate number so that you don't need to pay any fine. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, also because we were staying in the second building (near a theatre), however Parma has several nice cafés where you can enjoy italian breakfast and more. Definitely a great choice.

The apartment was short walk from the main hotel set in a complex around a theatre. Sadly the theatre had just finished its summer season, so worth checking out beforehand. Spacious clean rooms with air con and bottled water provided each day. We were travelling by car so the car park directly below the apartment was very convenient and safe. Just a short walk from the centre but in a quiet area made it a perfect stay.

The hotel in general and bedroom were very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel is situated in a great location, just by the river and in walking distance to the city centre.

Nothing per se about the hotel, however, when we arrived at the airport (which was quite late since the flight got delayed) we had missed the last bus. Tried calling the taxi service however, they informed me that they do not speak English and hang up. I called the hotel to see whether they could call the taxi company on my behalf to book a taxi for myself and my son to get to the hotel. However, I was told that this would not be possible. It was a bit frustrating because I was travelling alone with a 3 year old and being stranded at the tiny airport alone was not nice.

Location was pretty central and only a few minutes away from eateries and attractions. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was good and coffee/tea station was available at all hours.

Mattress seemed overused and I had to sleep in a dent in the mattress, so it was not very comfotable sleep. Breakfast waitress was always frowning, never a smile or a greeting.

Outside hotel accommodation is located in theatre, location is quiet, center just around the corner.. Superior rooms are spacy, fridge and extra water. Free parking is possible only at the main building, but was full at our arrival.

There is no possibility to reserve parking in advance. Garage parking below accommodation costs 14eur/day.

We had a very nice stay, we booked the room at the extra building - so we were aware we had to check in in a different area. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. We also received two glass bottles of water everyday. The location was close to the historic centre of the city.
