The coffee was very good, and the host was nice to myself and my friends.

The host used the opportunity to overcharge us to transport us to the hotel and to the airport. We arrived at the Treviso airport which is five minutes drive away and we were charged 20 euros. Then 75 euros to the Marco Polo airport a 25 minutes drive.

Cute hotel with very nice spacious room. The staff were very helpful with advice on how to get to and from Venice. He even offered to arrange a shuttle for us from Treviso Centrale back to the property as the local bus stops at 8:30pm.

There wasn’t a lot of options are breakfast but it was still nice!

Beautiful room in an old palazzo. Parking spaces in the garden are large, owner is cheerful and very friendly and makes excellent Cappuccino for breakfast, amenities such as a hairdresser are in walking distance, and TSF airport is just 5 minutes by car. Really great value for money!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Given the price, breakfast was excellent. In an ideal world, I would have loved to have some wholegrain bread options but I believe that this is rarely requested in Italy, and you can't expect at this price that the B&B buys lots of bread options! Maybe a suggestion could be to ask guests the evening before and buy specific bread options on request. Also, I wouldn't have minded to pay extra to upgrade my breakfast to include an egg option! :)

We chose this accommodation to be close to the airport because we flew early in the morning. It is located close to the airport, a bit far from the train station, 25 stops by bus no. 6. The transfer from the train station is 25 euros and to the airport 20 euro with the owner. It is a beautiful, intimate location, very clean and very close to the airport, that's why the noise is high when the planes pass by. It's good that there are no flights at night!

It's a nice place to get some rest before we setting off to travel. It is very close to the airport and close to city center as well. Owner told us about nearby pizza place which had really good pizzas. The place was clean with all the things you would require.

I would prefer to have a duvet instead of blanket with a sheet. Bed was not that comfy either. Walls are quite thin. You can hear neighboring rooms and reception.

The room was big and the aircon was a saviour in the hot weather. Good sized bathroom with all facilities there. You could hear the planes during the day but it was fine during the night. The host is very kind and prepared me a very tasty coffee for breakfast! I paid for a shuttle to the airport, which was a good choice as the traffic was very bad (around 8am). He helped me catch my flight in time :) Also, if you've got the chance, Treviso is definitely worth a visit!

Everything was beyond our expectations in quality & value! Their airport shuttle service was super clean, comfortable and punctual. The B&B was well located with a late-night cafe-bar and Gelateria welcoming us late night travellers. The Residence is super clean and full of beautiful touches. The room was elegantly decorated in classic style with all the comforts and amenities needed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of our needs. The breakfast was simple but delicious (super fresh croissants & fruit, tea or coffee, or cappuccino). We really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Friendly and helpful host. We were assigned to a spacious air-conditioned room with king sized bed. Everything is sparking clean and new.

The host kindly offered shuttle service from the airport and train station, which was really handy for people arriving late in the evening, but it would be nice to know the cost of the shuttle in advance.

Great hospitality and service provided from the owners. Very useful and convenient shuttle service available at the property. Good stay option for Venice destination, by car to Venice around 30 min, by bus+train around 1 hour.
