Hotel Carlton

Lovely, very clean room, fab showers I the new part of the hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes walk to train station and close to the town centre and also near a park and lots of trees. Excellent location and very quite. Beautiful balcony for eating breakfast. Great selection of food and fruit for breakfast. All the staff were so helpful, esp Robert and a young lady who was in training. We enjoyed a refreshing and beautiful cycle along the river path on bikes provided by the hotel. Treviso is a beautiful, relaxed town, lots of tasty restaurants. 30-40 minutes by train to Venice an easy day trip. Thanks so much to the Carlton hotel, I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent location 2' walk from the train station, the staff were extremely friendly and they were happy to meet any special requests.

The bathroom was small but fine for a night. The bedroom had only one outlet to charge a phone. I would suggest bringing an extender.

It looks like quite a big hotel but it has the feel of something smaller, friendlier and more personal. I assume the hotel was built in the 1950s or early 60s but it has been refurbished recently and is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very friendly, great parking spaces, very good breakfast (which we had out on the terrace), cocktails on the terrace also very enjoyable. Very good location (easy to find with sat nav), close to the river and about 10 mins walk through the beautiful old town to the Duomo.

The reception staff professional and we were checked in really quickly. Our room was adequate and clean .The breakfast was excellent with good variety of hot and cold. The staff were extremely friendly and worked hard and always gave good service with a smile ,very polite. All staff were polite and helpful.

Only downside was there are busy roads surrounding the outskirts and can be noisy, but we got used to that and we only stayed 3 nights .

The good side of the hotel is its location in the center of Treviso. Everything is within a 5-minute walk. Guarded parking for passengers arriving by car is a great advantage. Still, only if you can reserve it and it costs 15 euros per day. Fair price, but please note that you must book it because there are only 18 places. The hotel staff is friendly and welcomes pets

Do not expect too much from the hotel itself and the accommodation rooms. For the money invested, you won't get adequate space.

Breakfast is very good, and the location is great if you are arriving in Treviso late at night and want to go to Venice in the morning, the hotel is literally two minutes from the central train station. My overall impression of this hotel is that the staff was very friendly and the decision to book this hotel was a good one.

I booked the specific room for five people, two kids, one toddler, and two adults. It was a bit small, but again that was my choice.

Location. Very good breakfast. Offered late check-out.

The Hotel is situated near to the center of town, close to the Railway Station, there is a regular bus to the Airport. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, excellent choice for breakfast, English / Italian dishes. Great coffee and the Cakes were superb, served in a congenial setting.

The hotel is situated right across from the train station, perfect for a overnighter between travelling or to explore Treviso. The town is only a short walk away which is also an added bonus. The room was dated in that it was art deco style but that just added to it's charm and I actually really liked that. The room we stayed in had a balcony which was nice to see the hustle and bustle of Treviso from. The room was spotless. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The price was exceptional especially considering it came with a decent breakfast. We would 100% stay again.

A small kettle in the room would of been great, or information on where to get a coffee or snacks within the hotel without having to use the restaurant, which seemed quite formal. I would of preferred an actual duvet but I slept well regardless and maybe it's more of a cultural thing so I can't fault on that. The location of the shower door to the actual shower was odd and it made it hard to not soak the bathroom while having a shower but was easily dried off with towels.

We were very pleased with the level of customer service. The staff went out of their way for us and were friendly and helpful, especially Teresa. The breakfast was good and the location so convenient both to town and to the train station. We would definitely return.

The only major flaw was the lack of internet coverage in our room which was very weak. The signal strength was very poor.. We had to go to reception to check our emails etc.
