Hotel Continental

An excellent choice for us near the Quarto d'Altino train stop. Room was spacious, very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of both warm and cold food, fresh fruit and several beverage choices. The staff here is efficient, very friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived in the afternoon and after check- in we enjoyed a drink and snack in the bar. We reserved a table for dinner and found the service to be very efficient and the menu was excellent. We scheduled an airport shuttle ahead which meant the 15 minute drive to the airport in Venice was free. As long as you schedule the shuttle ahead you can be met at the airport on arrival as well.

Hotel located just in few minutes from the central railway station and Airport bus stop. In the Rooms there are quite enough space fpr sleeping. The bed was large but a bit hard. Quite good breakfast. Good place to save money when traveling to Venice, which is just 40 minutes by train. The sity of Treviso is nice to visit too. It is small and the most historic places can be easy reached in 10minutes. Adn it is not so crowdy as the Venice.

As usually we needed more mains sockets. The TV programs in the italian only. Bad sound isolation - heard voices from neighbours room. Non-working refrigerator, but we don't carried about.

Great location just a short walk from the station and not far to walk in to the centre. The room was spotless . The bar looked fantastic - pity it was not open ! Young man on reception at check on was superb .

The young man who greeted us was excellent and was able to allow us to enter our room earlier than expected! He was also very helpful in the morning when we had to leave very early . However there was an older gentleman who was not very helpful in the evening. I wanted to pay the city tax as we were leaving early the next day but he said no! The rest of the staff were really good !

It's a great location near train station, near bus stops, centre of town etc Breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. It is also a 10 to 20 minutes to airport which makes Treviso a perfect stay over town if exploring Italy.

I loved everything about this hotel and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the region. It was perfect: starting from the checkin (earlier than expected, 1 pm), the reception, staff, cleanliness (everyday change of towels and sheets, impeccable floor and bathroom), amazing breakfast (with fresh vegetables and fruit!). Plus late checkout (50 EUR), easy taxi to the airport and the nicest people ever working there. The location is of course perfect too. Silent and working AC was great as it was terribly hot.

Frankly speaking - I have no idea. Maybe open the American Bar which was so beautiful?

The single bed room was good value for money. Quite well located, really close to bus station and also the old town. I dont know why people keep complaining about the WIFI. I think maybe they have upgraded it since some of these older reviews. The WIFI was really GOOD! It was fast and connected perfectly in the room. Bed was comfy, everything clean. I wasn't expecting much more for the price I paid. I also liked all the original old features in the foyer and the breakfast room etc.

The room was what I expected but it was still very basic. The tiles on the floor made it feel a bit like a hospital room. Still I was happy enough.

Even though the hotel has a vintage look, the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was modern and equipped with everything you need. The position of the hotel is really nice, just few meters away of the main train station or the bus station for the airport. It was a great value for money and I recommend it as an accommodation alternative if you want to visit Venice.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. I pulled a tiny rope that was in the shower because I thought that it might turn on the vent, but instead I rang an alarm to the reception, so don't do that :D There is no "do not disturb/don't clean" sign to hang on the door.

We liked: - the positioning of the hotel, near the train station, public transport and center of Treviso where you can eat the best Pizza in town/ region at Ristorante S'Agostino - the breakfast - the personnel, very kind with us - elevator - clean room

We did not like: - the light/ilumination of the rooms because it is positioned near the other buildings so we did not recommend the first and second floor - the furniture it was too old (not for 4 stars) - too little bathroom for a 4 stars hotel (double room) - the heating/cooling was done with an air conditioneer that can affect your head during the night

Comfortable hotel, with excellent location, especially if you want to visit Venice. Treviso is just 25 min. away from Venice by train and it costs just 3.8 Euro (one way). We staid there to avoid high hotel prices of Venice and also difficulties to move in Venice with luggage. And it was a great idea. The hotel is located just across the train station on Treviso and the city itself is very cozy and quiet. The same hotel in Venice would be 2X more expensive. Here we had nice breakfast, big room, big lobby, very clean room and the city with many nice restaurants and shops around.

The noise of the air-conditioning in triple room.

The staff were friendly & helpful with good English. This is a type of "old world" classic hotel. Good breakfast, clean rooms, Wifi & centrally located for walking into/around Treviso. The hotel also has a few bikes which it rents to guests 🚴‍♀️ Great location to base yourself for exploring Treviso and also getting to Venice for a day by taking a 40 minute train ride. The railway station is within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. This walled city has ample restaurants, shops, and historic buildings & sights to spend a leisurely day or two meandering around the streets and alleyways. Great location to chill out!

1 issue: Could hear other residents in their rooms at times, especially early in the morning when they were getting up early (6am), doors closing/locks turning.
