Good position with free parking, very kind staff. Nice room. Good breakfast and comfortable beds.

We could hear all the noise (laughing and convo) from the next room. Walls super thin. It was hard to fall asleep, I had to knock on the wall so the neighbouring guests would turn quiet after 11 pm. Also beware that breakfast time written in the room is different from the real one written on the dining room door and told by the receptionist. So I would recommend the hotel to update the writing inside the room. Despite the misunderstanding we were allowed to finish our breakfast which was very good 👍😊

A simply furnished hotel with a 2-star rather than 3-star standard. But this is not surprising if - before booking - you look at the hotel's photos, which completely correspond to reality. Cleanliness is perfect. Staff is very kind. Simple breakfast, standard for Italy. But you can eat your fill. It may seem to be too monotonous for a longer stay, but we were there for a short time. Considering the price, quality and location, a very good deal for a short stay in Treviso.

Nothing will surprise you and you will be satsified if you don't have too high and unfounded expectations.

I like to speak Italian when I'm in Italy. I made my first trip to Italy in 2002. Since then, I have been constantly improving my Italian. I can only get better with each trip. however, this was the first time that a waiter refused to speak to me in Italian. I spoke to him in Italian, but she spoke only in English. I felt a bit stupid. she spoke only in Italian to other customers. a strange feeling remained. the bad feeling remained. Italian is very beautiful. then will speak in Italian, also in Italian with tourists, if they wish to :)

The staff were amazing. We came late, the hotel’s transfer was easy and Franco and Katya kindly helped us to get some pizza from town for a hungry kid. Clean simple hotel, air conditioning worked well, the family room was big enough for 3 and the luggages. The location is as advertised - a bit outside of the city center, we just walked for 20-30 min depending where we were going in Treviso. We first booked in Venice but then decided to just go for a day trip from Treviso and we are glad we did. 30 min train ride. Thanks again to the staff for the warm welcome!

the hotel was spotless clean, quiet, the young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, really want to thank her in particular for her service, really nice breakfast

it is not so far from the centre, maybe 25min walk, the bus # 1 takes you from close to the train station, right across the hotel, however, the bus service stops quite early in Treviso, 8:30pm/9:00pm being the last ride towards the hotel. If you drive though, the hotel has parking spaces, which is great.

it was honestly nicer than I expected for the price and location.

Not much of a critique but the receptionist had essentially no English, not a major problem. However, they were also doing some sort of building work which meant there were builders out drilling into the ceiling in the hall right outside our bedroom at 8:20 and again at 10am. The noise which was a bit terrifying to wake up to. We stayed at the very beginning of June, so maybe they were doing some renovations before the summer

The girl at the reception is very nice. She was always ready to help. The hairdryer at the room was not very powerful, it would take an hour to dry my long hair, so I asked her for another one and she brought me another very good hairdryer in two minutes. The room was spacious and with a comfortable bed. Good location, a walking distance from the train station.

The water coming out of the shower was very little, with no water pressure, so it took a long time to take a shower.

ALA Hotel has a very good location for Treviso Airport and Venice. we arrived at 22:30 in Treviso Airport and the hotels shuttle picked us up, and five min later dropped us at the hotel. The next morning we walked 18 min to the train station and took the train to Venice (36 min). Very easy no hustle at all. Breakfast is good, comfy beds and very friendly people running the hotel. It also has a pizzeria which closes at 22:00 but we didn’t try it. We would go back to ALA hotel and definitely recommend it for short stays.

The only small thing we did not like is the small shower cabin. We were bumping our elbows every time we used it

The front desk person was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was there every time we left or arrived at the end of the day. She offered good information and advice…….and was so pleasant. The woman who was responsible for the breakfast was also very nice and kind. She was on top of everything making sure that we had our coffees and that the breakfast buffet was continually stocked. The location was great, close to the train station and centre town but in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we hoped for.

very clean. good value. very easy for taxis to find. near transport links. number one bus to main bus and train station starts across road from hotel outside main hospital of Treviso. hotel very good location for patient’s relatives to stay if visiting from afar. very quiet and peaceful location

restaurant closes at 3 pm Saturdays but not a big problem as not far to walk to town to restaurants or take bus or taxi from hospital 50 m away.
