Beautifully decorated room (we stayed in the Pantheon Suite) and spacious bathroom. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable out of the 5 different places we stayed during our time in Italy. We didn’t use the morning breakfast service but it seemed like a convenient option for those who needed it. Staff was very helpful in providing tips on local public transportation to popular tourist areas - bus stop and train stop both conveniently located about 2 minutes and 5 minutes walking distance, with direct lines to the central train station, city center, and Vatican area.

Close to the Trastevere train station, which makes it very easy to reach the airport or other parts of the city by local trains. Not in the midst of the Trastevere hustle and therefore calmer, but also only a short 15 min walk to the hip and lively streets. Charming room with spacious private bathroom. We also got a free cot for our baby, which was great! The breakfast was nice and brought to the room every morning. The staff was very friendly and caring, trying to accommodate all needs of the guests. Also very good communication and initial instructions, which made a late check-in very easy.

The BnB is located in a charming old building, which obviously comes with some specific characteristics: The elevator is quite small and difficult to access with a stroller/pushchair. We travelled end of November when it was already a bit cooler, which was also notable in the room. However, in times of an energy crisis, it is understandable that one might not heat as much as one normally would.

The property was clean safe and secure. It had everything me and my daughter needed for a stress free stay over the weekend. The staff were so helpful and kind and did everyone they could to advise us local restaurants and order a taxi for us to get to the airport. The staff always replied to WhatsApp messages quickly. Very happy with how we were looked after. Bus number 8 regularly heads into and out of the city. Eating more locally to the b and b is much less costly.

Location was within walking distance of the beautiful labyrinth of streets with many nice places to eat and nice views. Its just a few blocks from the trasevere train station which made getting in from the airport easy. It was a little more of a walk to the large attractions but it was manageable to do if you want. There are bus stops nearby that can be easily utilized if you’re not up for it. The staff was very helpful with checking us in and giving us information on getting around. It was very nice to be able to leave our bags after check out as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. An great an relaxing place to stay, with beautifully painted walls. Shower was very luxurious after a bite day in Rome. Highly recommend this spot!!

Marco and his team went above and beyond to support a family member who experienced a health crisis. Marco worked outside of normal hours, helped my family member book an appointment, and took my family member to said appointment. Truthfully, I've never had this type of experience before with a travel booking and I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness.

The room was exceptionally clean and we loved the decor. Rome is an e pensive city to stay in and this is amazing value for money. The Best Buy about the building was the old fashioned lift! There is free parking on the road which we weren’t able to get as it was parked up but there is a car park but even 5 minutes away that we were able to park in. I preferred parking there as it was secure as well and they were very helpful. Max is a lovely host and answered texts very quickly when I had a question about sights and restaurant suggestions. Thank you Max for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect. You can reach the city center by bus in a few minutes. The hotel is near Trastevere (one of the most beautiful part of the city), where you can go for a drink or dinner/lunch. The breakfast was fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We even let our bags at the hotel till afternoon on the last day and walked the city freely (our plane was on midnight). The thing I liked the most is that the room is totally self painted and looks like a piece of art.

The property was exceptionally clean & tidy, & equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is also great, close to metro stations & buses, allowing easy access to all main sites & attractions. It is also a comfortable walk to Rome’s centre, & near to a number of bars, shops, & restaurants.

Nicely decorated room, good bathroom. Had a room to the back away from the road which was quiet. Owner very attentive when there was a problem with the payment being taken twice, got reimbursed quickly. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Trastevere Station (direct train to airport) and easy to walk or take a bus to most sights.

Some guests were using the espresso machine just outside my room at around 6 am on a Sunday morning - it was very noisy and not very considerate.

A huge thanks to Marco, Max and Elena for their hospitality @ B&B Suites. Typical Trastevere building, with old school elevator to boot. Comfortable, spacious refurbished rooms for me and the family to enjoy. The accommodation is located close to Trastevere mainline railway station which is ideal for those who wish to be close to central Rome but away from the throngs of tourists on the east side of the Tiber. There is a Tram # 8 stop (brings you direct to Piazza Venezia) right in front of the building. Lots of excellent eateries frequented by locals can be found within a couple of minutes walking distance from the Suites. Fantastic prices too. Ciao, Brendan.
